Amaris Hotel Cimanuk Bandung

The staff were very friendly and it was good value for money considering we stayed during holiday season. It is very loud and the window lets in a lot of noise from the road, and the walls are thin so we could hear everything in the hallways. There was a good choice at breakfast but you had to be down early as they didn’t refill some choice near the end. We also never asked for a wake up call but got a call every morning waking us up for breakfast, also at a different time each sleazy, some days 9.30 another 8. We asked the night before to not receive a call after it happened twice, but we still got woken up. The rooms are also more dated than in the pictures, as with most places, and some build up of dirt in places.

The location is excellent - easy walk to many delicious restaurants , nice cafe , great street food location. Near to Gedung Sate and Gasibu, pasar Cihapit , Riau Street , Distro2 , all in walking distance. The Staff is very friendly and helpfull - from security, front office, restaurant or cleaner. Food for breakfast in value for money and quite complete for this type of budget hotel. Cold and hot BF are provided ( tea, coffee, milk, varies of juices - chicken porridge, sweet porridge , lontong kari , rice, sauted vegetables, varies of fried noodles, meat , batagor , cilok, fruits , puding, etc ) .

The bathroom - between toilet and door so near - difficult to get in/out of bathroom No shower cap - while there is no adjustment on the shower - so your head will wet if you take a shower. Please provide it in the amenities

The location of the hotel is excellent, the breakfast is very good, the staff are very friendly, the cleanliness is very good and the architecture of the hotel rooms is wonderful.

Honestly, there is nothing wrong or defective in the hotel.

Location near to the masjid. And culinary food is everywhere!!

Located near everywhere.. there's mosque, restaurant, and places to hang out.Clean, comfort, nice.

No kettle in the room. They just prepare a dispenser for hot water in every floor.

Good location, so many food stall around the hotel, near to gasibu field as well. Breakfast, bed, water shower pressure and room were good.

The breakfast is quite varied, the location is strategic, and all staff are friendly and helpful.

We did not stay on even though it was fully paid.

Aircon was terrible. Not cooling at all.

Location is great, with cullinary and shopping destination being nearby.This is budget hotel after all, so please manage your expectation.The kids pool is a good feature anyway.

Breakfast menu was not good.The room is okay.But with the same budget, we can book a better hotel in Bandung.

The location is pretty good for seeing some nearby tourist attractions or otherwise. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. The bed was also quite comfortable, however I didn't sleep much due to a constant level of noise.

Stains all over the walls and bed sheets, scratches all over the toilet, clearly some renovation needed... the photos are extremely outdated. This is a very high traffic hotel, with thin walls, so the noise from the hallway, slamming doors, and other rooms was constant. My room was also next to the lobby area, and they have music playing constantly which prevented me from falling asleep and also woke me up very early in the morning. I had to ask them 3 times to turn down the music, it seems rather pointless to have a hotel room if you can't even sleep for more than a few hours. With some renovation and better soundproofing, this property could be much better.

The location is good, i can go everywhere by walking. Many restaurant and good place to eat surrounding the hotelAnd the staff are very nice. Especially The security greet us very well. I LOVE them allA lot of memory in 20 high school and college in bandung, i flashed back there ?

Breakfast needs some revolution. No need to serve too much variety with poor taste ?It's a wasteI prefer to have a simple and yummy breakfast ☺Change the bread please, taste so cheap?Since the hotel is fully booked, i couldn't stay longer for couple hours after check out time. huhuu

Location wise it is very close to Gedung Sate. Quite a lot restaurants within 2km radius

Room dirty and old. No hair dryer, no kettle, no tea and coffee. Very noise as the noises from outside and other rooms can be heard. Breakfast tasteless.

The kids pool was amazing and fun. Very clean and isn't much ppl using it, could be because it is a bit cold in bandung, but if you can handle the cold it's pretty your private pool with hot shower. Staff were always helpful and smiling. We all had a great time. Price was very reasonable.
