The location is very good, near the popular food street, Gardu Jati. The price is very affordable and all facilities work as well. No issue and we enjoy the stay
The room looks quite old, but still ok. The door lock has to be pushed to open. Minor issue
The room is big, very nice. The rate is very affordable. The location is excellent. There is nice satay food in front of the hotel till late at night. Economical but good taste.
There is a little problem in the shower switch. But I still can handle it. There is a small pest inside the bathroom. Didn't disturb but should be cleaned better.

Only location near to Pascal 23 Mall. Other than that non of them I like it. 4 stars hotel but actually not as 4 stars hotel. Very disappointed and not recommended.
The furnitures are very old and some of them are already damaged conditions. The properties are not clean as 4 stars hotel. Some of the staff are not welcoming when we arrived.One thing that we are disappointed about is that we found cockroaches on the bed.

- Towel can’t make the body dry. It looks too old.- Room doesn’t not clean.- No facilities.- Breakfast can’t serve on time. The staff said that it will be start on 6:00AM. I booked on 6:30AM and asked many times. They can’t get it.

not recomended for family because the hotel have a club bar at 2nd and 3rd floorand we can hear the sound from our room at 6th floor ..too many ladies at the receptionist which is calling girlbad experience for me and daughter

The staff are very friendly and helpful, but the property is a big NO, i have to moved 3X, first room, the aircon was not work, second room so many roaches, the third room was so so, yes the size is big, i stayed in deluxe room, the elevator was just horrors, very not comfortable, i would say this hotel is overpriced, i can get more way better stay by adding lil bit more money.

My stay at the hotel was disappointing. The room was not clean, the air-conditioning didn't work, and the toilet door knob was broken. The front desk didn't provide a satisfactory solution, and my requests for a room change or an upgrade were ignored. They also didn't respond when I asked for a fan to cool the room. I won't recommend this hotel. Full stop!
