- Great room , great location, quite clean
- I've stayed here many times and i'll keep coming back. The room is clean, bed is comfy and the location is awesome. The breakfast is great. Check in/out is pretty fast. Solid 8 for me.
- Only the location very near the Citylink Festival Mall
Cons -
- Water leaking from shower compartment.Need more technical support
- The reminder message from the staff through whatsapp is not proper, I think it is to much worries when they remind about the check out time, I didn't like it at all.
- The toilet is very smelly. Honestly, it's disgusting!! I reported the issue to the management. They sent a technician to find a solution, but the smell remained. Towels are old, and they need to be changed.

Staff are very friendly, hospitable, and attentive. The rooms and the facilities are well managed. The breakfast is locally based and various, with very limited international options. The hotel is located in the middle of the city and next to a mall. Most of the main spots can be reached by taxis.

There are shopping mall for elderly and childten. Food and games center, cinema and shops for home accesories. Everything is well organise. Perfect , me and family will come again.???

So many variety for BreakfastThe bedroom so clean and also kids friendly
Bed size is to small for two single bed compare to other hotel
Excellent and very clean, all the stuff were very helpful. The breakfast was very nice and allot of different dishes and varieties. The perfect place to nearby mall. For sure I will come back to this hotel if I travel to Bandong again.
Smooth check in and check out, friendly and helpful staff, clean room, good wifi
The pool is too cold, the shower water sometimes smell like bleach..
Hotel connecting to the mall, easy to find food and grocery.
The breakfast just so-so. Food hygiene need to improve, found "little thing" on my daughter's noodles.Hotel security seems too loose. Many access for public, no need room key to use lift to the room.
Break fast menu Ok
Cleaning for insect. We found cockroach in the courtain.
The food is splendis
The bathroom too small, find a clump hair on toillet and the bedroom caroet
The room has typical Harris style. Bright, efficient layout and comfy bed..This hotel is attached to shopping mall. Super convenient to get some food.
I get used to stay in Harris Jakarta during weekday and they're very famous with sausages, cheese platter and beef bacon.Ungortunately the breakfast during weekend is a bit dissapointing. Fresh juice is great. But other menu taste so so.We checked in at 4pm. But 1 room still not ready :-(
Convenient, in a mall and not far from city center. Room pretty clean
Very clean, yummy and ample selection of breakfast, helpful staff
The price for additional breakfast was 20% more expensive than what stated in this platform. They insisted me to register for membership of their hotel group to get the discount. The pool floor was dirty and kids play room carpet was dusty and smelly.
Every time I come to visit Bandung I stay in this hotel. The room is comfy, staff is friendly, breakfast is great, Location is phenomenal and the daily rate is good! A solid 8.8!!!
Convenient and connected to the mall. Bumped into Afgan at the lobby as he was having a concert in the hotel’s ballroom = major plus! Hotel staff helpful and polite.
Toilet could be cleaner.
Next to shopping centre.
The room and bath are below average, need more maintenance. Old towels. Paid for breakfast and disappointed with the food compared to other hotels.
The room is adequate for me n family. Everything is great including location, staff, bed, cleanliness and plus point is mall next to hotel. The bathroom is quite small. Tedious for parents wz small kids to bath in together.
The minus point is bathroom small.
