The entire staff were very friendly, and even one of them voluntarily took me to the train station to get my ticket after they upgraded my room without charge me an extra $.

The location is good. Near the Braga Street where you can find culinary easily. The facilities and amenities is standard. Quite clean and comfort. The ambience is good, suitable for family. They also have some game in the first floor.

The noise from outside can hear inside the room. They don't include breakfast in the price. We have to pay another 50K rupiah. But I think that's fair enough, not to expensive.

This was the best choice we could have made. The hotel is in the heart of the Braga Street. A few steps outside and there is the so much food. I know Indonesians are all about food. The hotel staff is SUPER nice and friendly, breakfast is awesome, Amin and Efendi were the nicest persons we met. We would give the hotel a 11 score, however the owners should reinvest a little and upgrade the hotel a little. With very little investment the hotel would become like new. Other than that we would definitely stay again here, 100%!!

Specially the shower/bathroom can have a little upgrade. Other than that,....nothing to complain.

Very welcoming hotel, they serve us with kue raya at the room also. The location perpect, just walking to the braga street, no need to going through macet thing. Laundry counter only below the stairs and the price cheaper like normal laundry. The staff was friendly. Good memories of bandung trip.

Great location. Clean and comfortable.

The Hotel meet the price you pay for. The staff very friendly and helpful. Will greet you whenever you bump each other. The room is just enough for two of us. Need to arrange your stuff properly but I guess the room size match the price you are paying for.

No lift, however lucky they help to bring up the luggage to our room.

Not hygienic but good location.

Bed sheets are not clean. Might be bed bugs, very itchy. Bathroom and room generally smell bad.

I like the location of the hotel. It’s easy to find food and basic necessities.

Most of the shops inside the Mall is closed. Nothing much except for some small shops. The toilet is quite spacious for the room I’ve stayed. Security also good. The only thing that can be done better is the food variety and taste. Stayed here for 5d4n and the breakfast is more or less the same everyday. Nothing fancy about it. The bedsheet was not changed even I stayed for 5d4n. Called the Front office to ask housekeeping to change and yet they didn’t do it. Overall for the price and location it is ok.

The staff are super friendly & helpful. The staff named Setra really helped me a lot with my early check-in & he spoke fluent English..made the communication much easier. It's also located strategically in the middle of food street & shopping attractions.

- location in main area of old Bandung, easy access to various location- decent clean room - value for money (booked early on hi seasons... so get a best price)

- access to main lobby closed due to food stall at the entrance for the festive. It should be informed earlier to take other access without experiencing traffic jam.
