very nice building, interior & exterior; comfortable sleeping room; nice breakfast

Room, breakfast and pool are quit OK

Mattress firmness was immaculate. The pool is heated. Although it was not too warm, it was enough temperature to swim in the morning or in late afternoon.

i only stay for 1 night. I wish I have more time. Definitely a hotel to stay in Lembang!

the recommendations i wrote were not implemented at the reception when i receive my 4 rooms.

The pool was fantastic, while the room was spacious, clean, and thoroughly enjoyable.

The breakfast selection at the Grand Mercure could benefit from a more comprehensive range of options.

Good service from staffs especially front desk staff, Lisa. She is very patient in explaining the check in procedure.

Nearly run out of bath soap on the 4th night stay. Not a big deal though as we check out on the next day.

unfortunately, the room was in 2nd floor, just above the garden restaurant, in Smoking zone. Many people always smoking there.......So the smoke would draft into the nice room & make it very toxic. Very difficult to survive for a convinced Non-smoker.Grand Mercure is NOT original AccordGroup Standard anymore - value of max. 4star Hotel, not 5*

Room size and facilities.

Cleanliness on the hallway and room is below standard. Bedsheet is greyish and have stain.TV is not working on both rooms during my stay. Staff just told why it is not working when asked during check out.For hotel under Accor management the service & quality is not in par with the price.

We very much like the breakfast buffet, wide variety of food served. Staffs were very friendly. Beds were comfy.

I like most the environment and the facilities of the property.... The breakfast is so wonderful, I would say that the hotel really what thier guest having 5 star meal...Thier staff Stephanie, Raz from front desk doing great services and also the restaurant manager Alam, giving us great hospitality

Hope that they can give more benefits to returning guest like trest us like welcome evening food

The hotel staff are very cooperative. The hotel design is good. The hotel is clean. I would like to thank Mr. Alam in the restaurant for his cooperation and good performance.

Breakfast is not varied as if it was prepared only for Indonesians.

Location is far from centre of town. It appears close on maps but with traffic usually takes up to an hour to reach the centre

Everything; the room, the breakfast, facilities and the staffs. They also have a sky lounge to enjoy the view

Staff exceptional prompt service

Few stuffs didn't work like locker- repaired immediately and the lift- going down button in 3rd floor to lift lobby did not work

location is not good,, the traffic outside is very bad, and very hard to walk around. beside, the air pollution problem is serious.

we like the pool very much and the breakfast as well.

I don't quite like the bathroom... the shower head? you should have change new one for 5 star hotel so it worth our money and the bathroom not very clean.
