Mason Pine Hotel Bandung

The location is just perfect to avoid the city traffic. The food was amazing. The view was wonderful. The staff and crew were just absolutely friendly, helpful, very professional. The 8 days that we stayed, we feel like we've found a new family.

The breakfast choices were good and the location is lovely as outside the crowded city.

On the final night we asked at the help desk for a 6am alarm call and transport to the Whoosh station. The staff assured it would be sorted but in the morning there was no alarm call and a taxi had to be organised at the last minute.

Many facilities and activities, clean rooms, responsive staff and service.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. We picked Mason Pine because we have 2 small kids. And the facilities with the kids pool and the play area were perfect for them. The attention of the relation officer (Raidita) was excellent. She took the time to chat with all of us, including the kids, including showing them the pool area. She even topped up the carrots for the rabbit so that our kids can feed them. My kids were just over the Moon. The breakfast was outstanding too, with all the local delicacies as the options. Superb. Really an excellent, beautiful hotel, with great pools, perfect for relaxing.

Clean and spacious with magnificent views.

The property is big and they do have ALOT of activities for the kids. Parents just make sure you have the energy to keep up with the activities.Its nearby with other places too, supermarket, another playground, waterpark, and some other restaurants.

The sound proofing is terrible, i stayed in room 1114, and i can hear the sound from next room, i can hear them talking and i can hear the sound of their phone ringing, sound of the hair drier from next door, sound of the water running too.. and the sound from the alley when people walking pass by our room & talking…I can even hear the sounds of footsteps of kids running from the room above.Also, the wardrobe was pretty dusty especially on the corner.

The hotel is nice, great location and kids friendly. We really like the bed!

The breakfast was just ok. Location is great but ONLY if coming off the correct freeway exit.Easy parking.

Nothing in the mini-bar. TV channels are not great, especially news. Long walk from reception to the room.

Location:Although it’s not located in the heart of Bandung city, the hotel sits within the Kota Baru Parahyangan complex. The area itself is well-developed—similar to Sentul City or BSD City—with complete facilities and amenities. It’s conveniently located near Wahoo Waterpark, which I believe is the largest waterpark in West Java.Kids-Friendly:This hotel is perfect if you’re traveling with children. It offers various facilities and activities tailored for kids. The pool is also very nice—my daughter absolutely loved it and had such a great time!Food:The breakfast is excellent—definitely one of the best I’ve had. They offer a wide variety of dishes, and you can enjoy your meal with a beautiful view.Room, Facilities & Staff:The room was clean and comfortable. I stayed in one with a terrace, which added a nice touch. The bathroom was also spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

I like the room and facility at the Mason Pine hotel. It will be good, if you put table tenis indoor and for the breakfast need to be review or improve please. Thank you.??

Very large swimming pool for adults, warm water swimming pool and water playground area for kids. Cozy karaoke room for older members of the family that have limitation for physical activities.

The hotel located in a great area, surrounded by trees. I really enjoy the fresh air. Full of hotel facilities; eg the pool is quite big, free yoga in the morning, and free feeder from and to the whoosh station. The staffs were very friendly. And I also enjoy the breakfast menu!

The price is quite expensive.

Clean, fresh air, good breakfast, a lot of outdoor activities, so many good food near by.

Location and design

Services area when breakfast time, never clean table when empty plates finished and no service for coffee request.
