I love the location.. close to town.. for families with small children can swim the pool. there is no breakfast at the hotel. but breakfast shops around the hotelNice view for the ootd..

No iron provided. So if u travel & stay here, please bring ur own. OR bring attire that no need to iron.But no worries, opposite the hotel has a laundry shop. Can ask them for the ironing service.

Strategic location.. a walking distance to the rail station, Kartika Sari, Prima Rasa, etc

The room is quite old and near a busy street. It was pretty noisy but overall we loved the place.

Friendly staff! Our room had bad wifi and noise from the busy road, but they changed us to another room without any problem!Free water every day and they cleaned the room daily.

you have to log in every time for the wifi. Pool was verrrry cold!Mosquitos in the room.

The location is so close to the bandung station. Easy to get on the train on time.

They dont provide the iron or hairdryer. I think they should have.

My room ac not cooling, restaurant was closed. Old style hotel but for the price can not complain.

Comfy bed. Good location. Near the train station and shops.

Cafe and restaurant are still close. No shower gel only small soap and shampoo. No Iron. No laundry.

The location is in the center of the city. Nearby the culinary place, toll access. The room size of executive quadruple is comfortable for family and the staff hospitality are well.

The wifi connection is poor. Need to improve the cleanliness, room facilities (i.e heater kettle, telephone, tv channel, towel, soap), the lift smell is not good.

Location near the station and a big shopping center with a great food market

Room we stayed in was not renovated yet and that showed.Bathroom was old and stained, showerhead could not be hanged etc.We knew the restaurant and bar were closed and rooms being renovated so no issue there. Nice reception and pool, the pool was quite slimey but still a great refreshment.We booked a room for 2 adults and a child. Be aware that here they assume that a 8 year old of 140cm sleeps in on of the 2 single beds with a parent! This might work with locals but not with European sized kids and not being adapted to the temperature yet.

Proximity to Train, Mandarin Restaurant across the street basic but exceptionally flavourful.

It was an ok property for the price. Staff was responsive when called upon to have a look at an issue with the connecting door.

Very standard room with standard amenities despite already picking the “executive” rooms. Kettle took too long to boil the water. One of the rooms kettles was dirty, probably from the previous guests but the cleaners should’ve picked up the issue and cleaned it.

Easy access to the train station

Very basic. After 2 attempts to fix/change fridges and safety boxes we had to change rooms. No Restaurant or room service available, level of English by reception staff was limited.

Location, price.

Smelly, bedsheets, towels old and dirty. I'd rather spend more than staying there again.

Walking a long way un search of good food.

Only beds were for me suited for 3 stars hotel. Others were belong to 2 or 1 star. The parking lot was free and my car was washed without cost. The swimming pool was also good.

For a 3 stars hotel, the equipment and accessories could be much better. The room floor war covered without carpet and dusty. At least a couple of flip flops can be provided. No shampoo, only bar soap and towels and 1 roll toilet paper. There were only 2 clothes hangers inside the cabinet. Water heater has no cap.

Parking space,security staff,receptionists are helpful.Near to Paskal, oleh oleh shop, batagor, train station and some restos, spacious deluxe triple room. Elevator worked properly when i stayed

Traffic jamm in front of the hotel, but as i only stayed one night, I can tolerate with thisNo towel for 3 but when i asked thru whatsapp, they delivered them ASAP to our roomPool seems not so clean but didnt try it. Soap and shampoo are not proper and looks cheap for a deluxe room.No hair dryer in the room and i didnt ask eitherOnly 2 pillows in king bed so it was not enough

Good rate offer

Bed was adequate, as we are just stopping for the night. Minimum stuff ( toiletries, toilet roll etc ) provided in bedroom.I asked for double and single but given 3 single beds., Also was not comfy. Wall socket was not properly patch after looks like been repaired.No restaurant in house so we walk outside hotel to find cafe to have our breakfast.
