Can¿t think of anything. I have high expectations and this hotel is 10/10

Rushing breakfast

I stayed a few times in Pullman Bandung. The breakfast start time is too late (6.30). For people like me who had meetings out of Pullman hotel, I need to leave the hotel by 7.00 am, which means I need to rush for my breakfast and only have around 30 minutes for breakfast. In other hotels, it's common to have the breakfast starts at 6.00 am.

We booked 2 room and have asked for check-in at 14:00 - 15:00 and it was approvedBut when arrived at 15:30 one room not ready yet

Location and staff

Well I deposited a fee so the mini bar wouldn’t be closed but turns out there was nothing in the mini bar. Didn’t bother to complain. Just wondering

Very clean comfortable beautiful environment. Great breakfast. I left my Guci Beltmy favorite one. I called the next day. right away they called me. Mr or Ms Naima very nice and helpful me to send my Belt to Bali. Thank you all. Everything was great. We love our Room spasy dan beautiful. we will definitely come back if we go to Bandung again.

The variety of breakfast

Location was good, in central of Bandung so easy to go anywhere.

I was assigned a room on the 16th floor, but even the motorcycle & car noise from the street can be heard very clearly up to 12 AM. There was stain in the towel, I asked to be replaced but it was not provided during my 1 night stay.Room size was not bigger as compared to the other hotel in the same vicinity, which came with lower star & price.I checked in at 2 PM as suggested by the hotel, but the room was not ready yet. I waited and the room was finally ready at 2.45 PM.

The place was absolutely beautiful, and the staff on-site were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. However, the breakfast spread fell a bit short of my expectations—perhaps I was hoping for more variety. What really affected the overall experience, though, was the inconsistency of guest services over the phone. On several occasions, my calls went unanswered, and when they did go through, it was unclear whether my requests would be fulfilled. With better phone service, this could easily have been a 10/10 stay.

I got a free upgrade to an executive room which had it’s own lounge to enjoy the view.The room was so spacious and clean. Variety of food and all tastes good. Short walk to Gasibu and Gedung Sate. The staffs so friendly. Overall awesome??

The room not sound proof, can hear the traffic even though stayed at the 16th floor.

The location is the centre of the city, the room was quite big & the beedroom very comfort

The gym was very well equipped for the type of exercise that I like to do. The breakfast was exceptional, with a fantastic variety and everything we ate was delicious. Staff were always friendly and approachable.

The bed in my room was made of two singles rather than one queen bed, this made the middle of the bed a little awkward. I would have preferred one queen bed. Wallpaper in the rooms was looking a little old and stained. The rooms were still clean and well presented.

Hotel is beautiful,and rooms are polished and new. One of the concierge staff (we forgot his name) was very helpful in renting last minute transport (2 cars) for our family due to unforeseen matters and making a reservation for lunch at a Padang restaurant nearby for our big family; very much appreciated.

The staff lady assisting us during check-in wasn't friendly. Other than that, great stay overall.

Property was very clean and the breakfast spread was exceptional.

Driveway was too narrow for the bus. We had to get off and sort our suitcases by the side of the main road.

Great location, well maintained, clean rooms

Kids club sparsely equipped with toys and books. Some are already broken. Playground also very limited space. Pool very small.
