Customer service recovery by a manager was very professional. He shows understanding, appreciation to his customers. Thank you and his supervisor

The check in person was ignorant, uneducated, compatible and very unprofessional. Hotel employee not even qualified to meet and serve people looking for relaxation and good time. The rest of the crew were amazing!!!

Quiet, gorgeous, well located.

Staff were so friendly and helpful specially reception team. We have tried all restaurants in the hotel and they were amazing. Special thanks to Arabisque restaurant team anf their leader Yousif for his outstanding hospitality.

Unfortunately the beach was closed due to winter weather.

Everything was amazing! I love the hotel, it was not my first time neither my last. The staff are well trained and polite, they are very professional and respectful. The hotel is clean and the rooms are amazing and clean as well. Mariam and Basma from the breakfast restaurant are so sweet and amazing. Ms. Basma always greets us with her adorable smile. And Ms. Maryam always makes sure that we are satisfied and that we are not missing anything for our table. Mr. Shadi from the coffee place at the lobby was so helpful for suggesting great places to visit at Alexandria. And great thanks to Mr. Ahmed Farahat from the housekeeping team. He did such a great job cleaning our room and making sure that nothing is missing from our room to guarantees an amazing stay.Thank you for the great experience.

I loved the staff .. very helpful .. Miss Rawan at the BF restaurant was very attentive and kind during my stay .. made my business trip much more comfortable .. and she surprised me on my last day with a small celebration for my success which was wonderful .. room survive was great and fast .. and the food was great .. my room was always clean ..

The receptionists were not the best .. I had a call 2 days before my arrival date asking for my visa number for upfront payment for the first night .. although I booked with booking .com !That made me uncomfortable and had me stopped all my cards as I was afraid of any fraud .By the regulations staff are NOT allowed to ask for Clint card numbers ! They told me they will cancel my reservation and made me uncomfortable . I had to send someone to the property and pay 500 dollars while I was still in KSA .This kind of calls and attitude is not acceptable .

Everything was amazing, specially the staff were helpful and friendly. Mush appreciation for special arrangements.

During our visit, the outdoor facility were closed (winter seasons). The hotel really need to consider lowering their prices during this period.

Such a beautiful and calm spot in the middle of Alexandria! We love visiting family here and staying at the Four Seasons adds some relaxing "vacation" time to our visit.

Not a true Four Seasons Hotel!

Not a Four Seasons standard, the bedsheets were not put properly, the carpet was stained, the fruit basket was sad and the fruits were not ripe. I requested hand cream or a body lotion, the house keeping guy said it was in the shower, but there was none.The breakfast buffet is outdoors and very limited, the food was all processed and canned, sausages, smoked salmon, cold cuts, cereal.. etc .. nothing was cooked apart from sautéed vegetables, crepe and eggs live station. The breads were all exposed pigeon were literally walking on the buns and picking on them! On the last day the toilet stopped flushing!I raised all these points to the Receptionist Mohamed and he was very apologetic and took note of every details. Then when the manager in-duty arrived Mohamed offered me to talk to him. sadly the manager was dismissing and was talking over me and did not even allowed me to speak.

Two things in the room the toilet seat was too law to ground so hard to get down and get up and Also the mini bar it’s not refrigerated it’s just a box to keep the stuff room temperature I neverSeen that before

This hotel is incredible! The staff so helpful and the hotel itself luxurious. Big room, amazing views. The restaurants have delicious food and the private beach is lovely. The mall attached is also very good. The best hotel breakfast I've ever had!

Consistent luxurious quality over the years yet 10 times more expensive than other competitors.

Extremely high Cost ,room service menu would cost thousands for no valid reason.Breakfast options as well was less quality vs previous years.

Everything was top notch! From services, amenities, toiletries, hospitality of every staff member. Happy to have such a great place in Egypt, keep up the good work giving us a place to come back for every year ?

Just couple of electricity outlets weren’t working

The rooms were extremely comfortable, and everything was spotless and well-maintained.At the reception, there was a gentleman with glasses who stood out for being incredibly helpful and professional.Special mention to Yousef Alaa Elsayed, the lifeguard at the pool. He was always attentive, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his job. You could immediately feel his presence, always alert, approachable, and ready to assist without hesitation. Yousef went above and beyond. He made the pool area feel welcoming and safe. He’s a true asset to the hotel team.The restaurant food was another highlight, and the team there deserves credit for their attitude: warm, polite, and hardworking.

There was one person at the reception, I believe her name is Sara, whose behavior was noticeably unprofessional. I understand that working long shifts at the front desk can be exhausting, but she was very unwelcoming and came across as irritated anytime someone approached her. It wasn’t just with me, I noticed the same attitude toward other guests as well. She would really benefit from proper training in hospitality and guest service. Also the team responsible for handling the luggage. Their attitude was a bit rude.

My room was pool view they put me on 4th floor which is more of a tree's view. I asked for a different view or higher level they told me that it's for a different rate.
