The hotel is very close to everything and the room is very clean. The receptionist was very professional and courteous.
The hotel staff were very professional and helpful except the Night Shift receptionist was not helpful, the parking lot was closed after 11 PM and I have to go around looking for the right entrance and that was very inconvenient.

Top Tips
- Book 6 to 8 weeks ahead of Ramadan to secure your preferred hotel. Prices typically surge 30 to 50% as room inventory drops by 60% within four weeks of Ramadan's start. Verify the exact Ramadan dates, as they shift each year, to avoid last-minute rate hikes.
- Settle hotel bills in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) at the point of sale to avoid 3 to 5% hidden fees from dynamic currency conversion (DCC). Major hotels usually accept international credit cards, but always decline DCC when prompted on the payment terminal.
- Consider hotels in the Maarif or Gauthier districts, where 4-star nightly rates average 800 to 1,100 MAD (approx. $80 to $110 USD) - about 25% below comparable downtown properties. Both areas offer central access to key attractions and a wide range of dining options.
- Check Wi-Fi speeds before booking if you need to work remotely. Business-tier hotels such as Four Seasons and Kenzi Tower offer 15 Mbps or faster, while most 3-star hotels deliver 4 to 7 Mbps. Confirm with the hotel whether in-room Wi-Fi matches published speeds.
- Select ISO 22000-certified hotels, such as Pullman Casablanca, where treated tap water is safe to drink. This reduces plastic waste by about 14 bottles per stay. Confirm certification at check-in if water safety is a priority.
- Choose a hotel near Casa-Voyageurs train station, such as Ibis Casa-Voyageurs, to cut airport transfer times by 18 to 22 minutes at rush hour via direct rail. Check train schedules for early or late arrivals and confirm accessibility needs in advance.
- Pre-book airport transfers with registered providers like Allo Taxi (dial 100) or arrange a hotel shuttle to avoid unlicensed taxi fares, which can reach 400 to 450 MAD compared to the fixed 150 MAD rate. Confirm your pickup location and fare before traveling, and request accessible vehicles if needed.
- Request a room on the third floor or higher to minimize street noise, as traffic near Mohammed V Avenue reaches 78 to 84 dB at street level and noise drops by 8 to 12 dB per floor above. Verify elevator access for higher floors and ask about blackout curtains or double-glazed windows for extra comfort.
- Confirm which beverages are included in your 'all-inclusive' package, since some budget hotels exclude mint tea and juice, adding 60 to 90 MAD (approx. $6 to $9 USD) per day. Clarify beverage inclusions at check-in, as non-alcoholic options like mint tea are central to Moroccan hospitality.
- Ask if the hotel provides Type C or E plug adapters for European devices, as 80% of 3- and 4-star hotels stock them but older riads often do not. Bringing your own adapter is recommended if staying in traditional accommodations, or request one at reception if needed.
- Tip housekeeping 20 MAD (approx. $2 USD) per day by placing the amount in an envelope in your room to ensure staff receive it directly. Request an envelope from the front desk if it is not provided in your room.
- Prioritize Green Key or ISO 14001-certified hotels during the June to September dry season, as these properties use 30 to 40% less water than standard hotels. Look for visible signage or ask staff about eco-practices on-site.
