- Great location, great value. The staff is nice and helpful
Cons -
- it showed that they had a free room, so I booked it, I also called to make sure that the booking was done, when I went there the following day the lady at the reception said that they were full currently, but she was gonna make sure they had a spot for me later that day. I had things to do so I said I will be done very late and if that is okay, she assured me again that it was going to be okay. When I came back at 1 am she was gone, and the men who was there(who was extremly nice) said that they had no spot, but they could find me a room in a more expensive hotel. I do not mind any of this but I feel like it is very bad communication from all the party involved
