Sheratton Beach Villagio

Pros +

• Breakfast was quite good . It was in a perfect location close to the beach.
• Very kind staff... especially a girl named Rose. Helped in everything. Only problem is the AC is not very effective for the size of the room and humid weather. If kept in turbo mode all 24 hours, then the room gets cooler. There are no ceiling or table fans. Food is ok though it could be better.

Cons -

• Salt water to bath.
• If the service was any slower it would be non existent, matched only by the speed of the internet..when it actually works! The rooms are dusted not cleaned and breakfast is adequate -if the flies dont eat it first, and if the kitchen can get the order right ( the teenage staff commit to memory rather than writing down orders which in a busy service leads to chaos) Its a tired shabby property set in a picturesque location. Describing it as two star would be generous - and dont even get me started on the disco music blasting out all day at the poorly maintained swimming pool! The hotel allow non residents off the beach into the pool area, which is a security risk. Complaining is futile as the manager has zero control over the staff. Be prepared for cold showers and take toiletries- they dont even provide soap. This facility desperately requires logistics management.
