The staff was very kind and helpful. Everyone I met was friendly. They went above and beyond helping me.

The room was very clean. Location is perfect especially if you are traveling without car. Breakfast was healthy and there was a good selection

We were impressed by the friendliness of the staff, they went out of their way to help us and proactively made recommendations.

I expected noise from the trains, but Lillehammer is not a busy station, so this was no problem at all. The room was average size, nice looking and comfortable.

The location, the facilities, friendly helpful staff. Kitchen is an excellent add on.

Room could have been slightly warmer but to be fair I didn't raise this with staff, it was a borderline issue.

The location isn’t that obvious from the outside, it matches the picture online but you go into the station the desk is just beside the cafe, which by the way is the location for the excellent breakfast)

I received a very warm welcome from the reception staff, as well as a friendly and caring atmosphere throughout my stay.

I heard some chatter and music after curfew through the wall on just one out of the four nights.

Very convenient and comfortable. We stayed just for a night as we were passing through. Obviously the location is perfect for convenience if you're traveling by train. Very friendly staff and clean basic rooms with comfortable beds. We did not try the breakfast as we left very early.

Very helpful and friendly staff. We ate in the cafe one night- the food was lovely. On our secind night we cooked in the kitchen- the facilites are excellent.We left behind an i pad when we checked out and when we phoned later in the day, ths staff quickly located it and kept it safe for us.

The staff are great. Everyone is extremely helpful. The breakfast is fantastic with a big selection of all kinds of different things. Location in the railway station is ideal if you are cross-country skiing because the buses to the various areas stop outside and you can go somewhere different every day! The room was pleasant, quiet and clean.

The communal kitchen wasn't as well-equipped as in previous years. I don't know whether guests have stolen things! But there were no knives suitable for preparing food, no oven-proof dishes to cook things in, or oven trays or aluminium foil to cover the oven shelf. There used to be salt and pepper which would be so helpful. Also there were no tea towels for drying dishes and nothing to take things out of the oven with (tea towel or oven gloves). The fridges should be emptied more often too as there was food with use by dates from November still in there which had been left by guests.

Breakfast very good, Staff very friendly and nice. And location is very good close to train and middle of sentrum. And parking close by.

Sound and door to room poor and big gap so little bit noisy. I wish that the rooms where little big bigger it was very small look bigger on pictures. And only one small pillow to each person in bed.

Great location - stayed many times en route to ski destinations near Lillehammer. Rooms are functional, but perfectly good for our purpose. Buffet breakfast is great.

Long walk from parking place.My toilet and floor under the bed were not thoroughly cleaned.

The location was very convenient, close to key attractions and public transport. The room was clean, spacious with comfortable amenities. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, with the friendly staff and cozy atmosphere being the highlights.
