The free breakfast

They were doing construction that started around 7:30-8:00 and it sounded like it was literally right above us. It woke us up and was really unpleasant.

The location was absolutely excellent.The staff was friendly and welcoming.The included evening dinner and morning breakfast were both very good.Good parking options, either the hotel garage or the metered street parking right in front which we chose, no charge 5PM-9AM.Our room was clean and comfortable.Excellent choice when in Lillehammer.

Staff, location, clean, and quiet.

The dinner was late starting, green acceptable, pasta salad sticky and tasteless, entrees unappealing and tasteless, no green vegetables. Breakfast was well done….but chaotic due to two tour groups and motorcycle group getting breakfast at the same time.

Location is great. The family room was very spacious. The sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable.But the main bed was very comfortable lovely bathroom with wonderful soaps/lotions very clean

Couldn’t leave the balcony door open for air because of cigarette smoke smell. Breakfast was ok.

The location is great, in the city center. And great cost value!

The parking isn't cheap, but you can park for free at night, or just go a little bit north for cheaper parking options.

The staff was awake to open the door and let us in at 3 am, when we finally arrived at this place, due to issues of road closures and EV charging difficulties in the mountains.

Location was on some side residential road.

Lovely hotel, nice room with comfortable beds, friendly staff.Free coffee and sweets available till 5, which was great.Breakfast and dinner could be better, but all in all it was wonderful and I would definitely come back again.

Hotel is comfortable and clean

The location via Google maps only point to you the back of the hotel with no entrance. The front side is a one way street, so is a bit annoying to find the entrance. Once you found the entrance, everything is wonderful

Nice feel to the communal areas of the hotel but sadly lacking in hospitality and guest-centred customer service.

Paid half board rates with a room upgrade. Evening meal was awful - cheap, highly processed escalope and very oddly a Chinese spring roll with mashed potatoes and salad. No greeter, no service for any drinks. Requested an early breakfast (645 rather than 7 start) to be told we could have a bag arranged for an extra charge. We declined only to find many guests were tucking into their breakfast as we left at 645am. The room was small, with pillows so large they could hardly be used, and a grotty view/balcony over a car park area. The only positive was the lovely evening receptionist who on discovering it was our birthdays gifted us some chocolates. If only others demonstrated this level of care and thinking (thank you ❤️). Such a shame for what could be a really lovely place, completely lost by poor service and poor quality food.

All was perfect

Most of the staff were very friendly, some a little unflexible (there was a water issue in the municipality and one of the staff members would not let me take a water jug up with me to the room with clean water).

The dinner included was ok, but could have contained more vegetable options.

Loved this place. So homely, cosy and warm. Breakfast and evening meals were plentiful with good choices. Staff really friendly. Room was spacious and cosy (twin double) Underground parking was great with access straight in to the hotel (it was -12 and snowing) Great location to town centre and also transport links.

Friendly staff, quiet and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and dinner, perfect location.

Food was excellent and staff helpful.

No waxing room when many clients are skiers

I would have liked some shelves or drawers in the room so I did not have to live out of a suitcase for 8 days.I have a hard time with the electronic locks in the room. I prefer rooms with deadbolts so I have confidence that the room is locked at night.
