Staff very friendly and room was clean

Restaurant was very slow and told it was a busy day. The hotel should make arrangements in line with the bookings. Their failure to plan should not affect guests.

they were short staffed at the Grillhouse.only one friendly lady was on duty.she had to juggle around like a crazy person. when we arrived the reception area was empty we had to wait for about 20 minutes before a friendly guy came to our rescue.

Good stay

The room was on the ground floor closer to parking. Parking of cars and people coming and going was extremely noisy

I kind find anything I like about the property was okay though

It’s old needs revamping you can’t close bathroom slide and open the door at the same time rooms are so tiny but atleast it clean paint it’s falling of walls it’s a lot

The Casino experience...coupled woth accommodation establishment...Definitely not the food...I haad a running stomach after i had dinner there...( Stewing Lamb Curry) It was a nightmare travelling back to JHB....

I am good with everything except the lamb curry .....dinner...Kindly ensure fresh products are served at all times....I won''t complain

Reception. There was no one. When the lady came she had an attitude and claimed she was there. Poor customer service Room was small.Bed cover was torn Only one bottle of water in a room booked for 2.One little soapThis room could easily be R800

Convenient it’s so easy to find and it’s clean

Some lady was serving us at the restaurant on Saturday night she is not friendly at all

Location was great, Restaurants on site offer plenty options. Loved the balcony area.

noisy toilet, leaks continuously.room was smaller than expected. could hear neighbours snoring. Breakfast was okay. no coffee machine/pot for breakfast.

Decent. The long periods waiting and with no waitress in sight were a drag. Breakfast took too long on both mornings

No fridge in room. A necessity for medication.

The view, attitude of the staff was exceptional, the food, the rooms was excellent,,everything was ln a good standard, I will be back again

No one at reception upon arrival and staff was not welcoming at all... had to open gate myself... just not welcoming

Breakfast was good.

The service was horrible and I've had better service from BnB's, I wouldn't recommend it and definitely that was my first and last time stay there.

Communication was bad. As lockdown level had been increased, hotel did not know if they could accommodate me. Took over an hour to confirm. Did not inform us to preorder breakfast. Supper was served in polystyrene containers which we had to collect. Did not receive what was on the menu. Paid for supper with my card and no receipt printed, so was asked to send proof of payment via SMS. Burger patty was not well cooked and not all items ordered for breakfast were provided. I know that we are living in difficult times but I feel the hotel could have been more accommodating.

Everything was fine

For breakfast we were waiting it at 6h00as per our agreement but its came at 6h30,while we were in the rush to Durban to our appointment of 7h00,so by that we run out of time

The attitude of the staff especially at reception. The person by the name of Dean was very unhelpful. The quality of the food was terrible. The pal e is way overpriced for its standard. It’s a glorified backpackers club.
