Breakfast was fantastic and the waiter was friendly

Room was good but was no mat in the bathroom, and toilet was leaking.

Good location, close to filling station and restaurants.

The staff was busy drinking upon our check in with some other guests in another room. Instead of assisting us when I told him the room we got wasn't what I booked he just told me that he didn't do the booking. The bathroom was dirty with a terrible smell to it. The curtain didn't close properly allowing outsiders to look in directly on the bed. Wifi was not provided, the pool was not in any condition to use. Coffee, tea and sugar were provided but no kettle or cups. Rooms were outdated and not what was advertised. Cockroaches were walking on headboard.

Breakfast.

Lack of towels. We found one dirty towel. Lack of matts around the bed. Lack of matts in the bathroom. No lace curtain. Bad quality wardrobe. Poor quality and dirty wall.

Everything is out dated no creativity we had the same breakfast for 3 days and some days they didn't have tomatoes the stuff is so arrogant the wait at the gate was too long and it's a busy street the place has no order people just park anywhere even on the driveway and you just need to figure out your way out

Amble Inn is in the perfect location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was sufficient with good service. The rooms were clean and comfortable enough

Not enough plug points in the rooms, as well as power trips due to electrical faults. This led to even less power plug points and using of extension cords which was inconvenient. No towels in the one room which were supposed to be replaced but in the end we took a towel from the other bedroom

The fact that I could HV my privacy and peace?

The fact that my channels were limited just few and there was no microwave and an iron for clothes but I loved my stay aswell as the Happy staff spire and sweet✅

Loved the breakfast, staff was friendly. Location is convenient

The accomodation needs renovations.

Disappointing

The person who was suppose to prepare breakfast for us He or she wasn't there we end up leaving the place without eating

The room was spacious

No enough towels Towel/mat was torn apart No shampoo and conditioner only the soup

from arrival reception was poor, Room stuff, booked as couple but bathroom accessories given was for one, dinning room table not clean with smelling carpet etc. Until we left forced to book elsewhere

It's so close to the mall

What I did not like about the accommodation was the overpowering smell in the room, which seemed to come from the pink substance they used—it was too strong. The dining area was filthy, with dirt on the floors and tablecloths. The chef appeared tired, and the buffet section for breakfast, especially the muesli area, was unappetizing and surrounded by dirt. Additionally, the kettle in the room was not working. I really hope there is more thorough hospitality training for the staff to improve the overall experience.

The staff are very friendly and helpful . The bed slept really well .

The shower pipes is really loud and one can hear when someone is opening and closing taps .

Breakfast was exceptional good and enjoy it ..Mostly the staff with exceptional customer service and she was quick and efficient

The sanitary bin was not available for our sanitary pads, kindly make sure that we have such in your rooms

I had booked with you, so my bank app didn't show that you had debited on my acc,I made a call to the place they told me everything is alright I can come. On arrival the receptionist she said there is no payment on my name I made a payment again . I checked my app since I've been billed twice for same place someone need to assist with backpay

Central - so location was good but right on the main road hence noisy. The staff were very friendly and helpful and very willing to engage and assist, with a smile.

Noisy, needs some upkeep,,,room was cold, seems there has been no upkeep for a long time, walls need a paint.....room was ok for a budget traveller - student, backpacker - not ideal for the rest. The bed was soft, uneven and of very poor quality. I had to lie across the bed to find a firm area and get some sleep.

Everything was fine, the bed was comfortable and warm ,also the table to work on my laptop was in a good space.

Only the television,I was unable to open it.

The facility had the basics. The air-conditioning was working well, there was a mini fridge with tea and coffee making station. There were two separate beds for us and our child. The breakfast was great.

There was no hot water to use for bathing.
