The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was friendly. The location was also very good. Overall the stay was good.

The water was cold in the shower. The television was not working.

The front office staff Thabiso, Faith and Thobile were very friendly and welcoming. My room had a big TV screen and a new microwave, loved it.

I was allocated to a very beautiful and spacious room 136 but the problem was the bathroom floor was not cleaned all, luckily i had my flip flops on. The aircon did seem to be working, i did not need it at that night. Noisy guest through out the night but again i cannot fault the property on that. some guests would misbehave for no reason.

The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the fact that I had a private bathroom with hot water and it was clean and spacious...

The banging of doors from neighbors through out the night and their loud conversations and shouting on corridors...

The location wehere this hotel is based. it is not a safe place. it is near to taxi rank and shops. the place is very busy and I was not feeling safe there

Slept in room 108B, the noise of the gate for the vehicle can wake you up, at least they make make the gate remote

My room was neat and clean and had a fridge a nice big tv, an aircon and a microwave.

I arrived at a busy time and had to wait a bit to be checked in. But I was given a place to sit and was told that I will be attend to shortly, which happened.

The property is clean and it’s staffed with friendly and efficient people.

It’s in a very congested place and it’s very difficult to find parking before checking but once you’re checked everything perfect.

Dirty, nothing was clean. Broken furniture and malfunctions.

I loved the comfortability, the beautiful room and cleanliness. I really enjoyed my stay. I didn't know you had a restaurant.

Remotes , you need new remotes for both aircon and tv.

There was no water we had to sleep singagezile after a long hot day. Went to buy water the next day ukuze sigeze

I like the fact that they give you options for rooms to choose. I had to choose one which accommodate our condition. Staff is friendly. Security guards are hand on to assist you.

They increase the money for accommodation while they remove other equipments. Before, They use to provide us with shower cap, two soap, shampoo and body lotion and their money was lower then now. They are no longer providing us anymore, only one both soap. On my booking it was mentioned that they will be tea set which was not provided.

The pictures were not accurate at all, the place was in disrepair and the wifi did not work.
