Sauna wasn?t on all the time. Special evenings, they fired it up.

Good location, reasonable price, clean and good breakfast

Check on easy, very nice room, temp easily controlled and blinds stopped any light coming in, great nights sleep

The location is great and the girl at the reception, when we checked-in, was nice.

The shower curtain was black (we weren’t sure if it was dirt or mold or both). We had a tiny fan in the room and we needed it because it was quite hot in the room, but it was full of dust. The breakfast was poor. When we were there, the employee working there broke 3-4 plates, causing a lot of noise during breakfast. A bit of background music would be great during breakfast. I cannot recommend this hotel - it needs updates and deep cleaning. It was not worth the money at all.

Good hotel for the price. Location is great and within walking distance to anything in the central town. Reception and staff where really nice. Breakfast was nothing spectacular but exactly what I hope.. Bacon, sausages, good bread, coffee, some veggies + some sweets.

Just simple anf plain hotel close to center of Kuopio. Clean room and low cost.

Great location.with easy parking. Basic facilities. Good breakfast.This was second stay. I knew what to expect. Returning due to the positives.

A bit dated with very small bathroom and tiny showercabin.

Very short walk to the water front and downtown.

Over paid for this hotel. It’s a 4 star, paid for that, but stuck me in a back room at the end of the hall with no WiFi! I needed it to do some trip planning and was surprised that it showed wifi bars yet no connection. Come on, do better. Don’t book this place if you need wifi.

Location was good

There was no AC (27 degrees Celicius int he evening), no staff on sunday, no bar, and the breakfast was ok, but not worth the extra money compaired to apartments or rooms you could get.

Got very early check-in which was nice, comfortable and practical. Staff is very helpfull and polite. Free parking in the back yard also very handy and charging points available in garage for extra fee. Pizza place next door is definitely worth testing as well as pasta place close by.

Wifi was quite slow, not sure why.

Slightly old fashioned premises.

The room was clean and there was everything needed for a short stay. There was a fan provided in the room which was nice on warm summer day.The breakfast was very good.

The shower was very small, there was no room to wash really. The restaurant closed at 22 on a summer Saturday night.

Poor/ No Wi-Fi in the room, although the staff did try to rectify this, no booster hub was found.

The hotel's location is perfect between the city center and the port. The staff was friendly and helpful.
