Nice family room for four persons, quiet room.

Spa facilities quite outdated, some renovation might be needed.

Staff on the reception was nice and helpful

All facilities were old and not very cozy. Room was super small and worn out. Beds were also really old. I had the flat with bedroom and connected livingroon and kichen. Did not go to have a look of the spa as i only needed a place to sleep. Breakfest was decent but nothing special.

Hotel environment is excellent

Hotel has two buildings and I was staying on older side. That doesn't give value for money: No AC in rooms and they were humid and extremely hot so sleeping was next to impossible.Signs of lack of maintenace here and there. In one room, I had to do some repairs to get fridge door opened. In other room, fridge was hardly working so drinks were just a bit cool, not cold.

The properties is a bit dated but everything works and is clean and proper.

the SPA is a great asset especially the outdoor pool in winter staff super kind, friendly and helpfulnice location for Nordic ski as well as walking in the woods and along the lake

we were not expecting that there is no service of the room at all (no towels changes, no bed making, no floor cleaning).

Studio room very nice -fridge and hot drinks facilities.Lovely surroundings/nature.Quiet at the spa -nice.

Restaurant (and the hotel) looked a bit dated..

A bit older furnishing. Interesting concept with one bed above the double bed. Quality of the food was good and breakfast quite rich. Bonus of the hotel is available pool. The location is good for more days of vacation.

The interior of the rooms can be improved by refurbishment.

Value for money is very good. Nice swimming pool, especially the outdoor pool!

Orange juice at the breakfast comes from a dispenser (syrup mixed with water most likely) and was pretty bad. If there is one thing that should be fresh at breakfast, it should be orange juice :)

Excellent customer service.

Quite outdated. Cleaning wasn’t done too properly and there was dust etc found in several spots. Breakfast didn’t serve vegan diet as there was no plant based options.

Staff were friendly & the dinner was quite tasty, but expensive. Breakfast buffet was ok - no toaster or much cereal variety

No air-conditioner which we weren’t told about until leaving. We assumed it wasn’t working as there were “controls” in the room. Apparently there are a couple of rooms on the 4th floor that have aircon though.So we had to sleep with the balcony door open as the room was VERY stuffy! We were right above the outdoor pool, so spent the night listening to the suction of the pool filter... not conducive to a good night sleep.The water was also a bit iffy - one second hot the next freezing. Wi-Fi kept dropping out too. Overall we were quite disappointed - more so for the price we paid for this room - it definitely was not worth it.

It was nice and comfortable. All the staff was really nice and I must specifically mention the restaurant, the food was amazing and the service excellent!

The only thing that was not to like was the horrible karaoke going on at the bar.

Staff was friendly. Karaokebar was fun to see. Family room was nice.

Breakfast selection was quite narrow. Facilities are quite darl and look outdated. Inside there is no playroom for kids.

Lovely location and very helpful staff. Fun karaoke on the terrace. I liked that our room had a little balcony. I would like to return in order to use the spa and spend more time in the surroundings as our stay this time was quite short.

Overall, the room was clean, but there were details skipped. The toilet would have needed a flush and there were beer cans and a cigarette package left on the balcony. Breakfast needs some work.

The room was ok.

Berakfast was tolerable. Bacon had never been crispy. The selection was average.

My husband asked in advance a card from a hotel for our anniversary and we got fruit plate and chocolates plus water bottles and card of course!

Balcony was a bit rustic and hotel itself quite old but still very clean and nice!

I read a number of negative-ish reviews but our stay was completely OK. We stayed just one night, arrived late and departed early so we could not, unfortunately, use any of the services like sports activities and swimming pools. The personnel was very friendly, room had everything we needed for a brief night's stay. Free parking right outside the hotel. Breakfast ok even with "kalakukko" to get some local flavor.

The decor is dated. Bathroom very small and no shower box, just a shower curtain so you risk flooding or at least getting your socks wet if you enter without shoes after the other person has taken a shower.

Kitchen was good.

Personel at the reception should contact the customer, not discuss with each others. More training to waitress.
