We were greeted with such wonderful staff as soon as we checked in. This was a big deal cause we have been stared everywhere else for being black. The included breakfast was amazing and in abundance.

Everything was wonderful. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, the room was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt warm, cozy, and homey. It was a perfect place to relax and unwind, with great attention to detail and a really pleasant ambiance.

The only very minor thing is that the bathroom is quite small. However, the room itself is compact, so this is understandable and not really a negative — just something to be aware of.

Everything's great except the restaurant.

The hotel management should remember that guests staying for several days expect not only to enjoy tastings, but also to have proper meals. At this hotel, only breakfast fulfils that basic need.At lunch and dinner, instead of being served a proper meal, you’re made to listen to long stories from the waiter about where the chef picked the berries or how the deer for the dish was hunted.But in the end, you leave hungry and irritated — and to make things worse, the waiter insistently demands a tip.This completely ruined the overall impression of the hotel.

The coffee is excellent, the hotel is wonderful, and the lobby creates a perfect atmosphere for both business meetings and relaxation. The front desk staff are friendly and always ready to help when needed

During dinner with colleagues at the restaurant, a Russian waitress was unusually insistent in asking for a tip. I’ve been to dozens of countries, but I’ve never encountered anything like this. I was so taken aback that I was literally at a loss for words and didn’t know how to respond to what felt more like a demand than a request.The entire evening — and my impression of the hotel — was hopelessly ruined.I honestly have no words to describe how I felt.

Elevator is somewhat slow, but given the building architecture not much can be done.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing with cloudberries, omelettes to order, all kind of goodies you can think of. The rooms were very nice, clean and stylish, comfy beds.

Clean and cozy. Good breakfest. Pillows are way too fluffy for someone who has used to use a bit flatter pillow. Parking lot is rather small but there is a hall and a couple of chargers for the elctric cars also

That traditional lapland "joiku" music in the bar will drive you crazy in no time. Please shut it off! :D Restaurant is too expensive.

The location is excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was abundant and well arranged and obviously a key selling point of the hotel. I enjoyed using the functional gym and sauna in the hotel.

The amenities of the hotel room were disappointing. They are small rooms and not very functional - no room to leave even basic odds and ends like your keys, papers or room key. There is not even a wardrobe to unpack properly and very little space around the bed to leave any items which inevitably get messily strewn around the room. There is no fridge or minibar either and the bathroom is also very cramped, small and tired-looking. It wasn't 'bad' it just wasn't great and I'd expect more from a 4 star hotel. Also at breakfast on Sunday morning they 'overbooked' with visitors from outside the hotel so that guests like us were forced to move or go outside on a chilly day. There is no excuse for this as they'd know how many tables they need for guests but obviously decided to prioritise revenue optimisation. They need to do a full refurb of the hotel to bring it up to the standard that their excellent staff and team deserves.
