- The hotel booked us travel from the airport and to the ferry. They booked us the best restaurant in BA and probably on the best in the world. The service we received was great. Our room was very nice and pretty much what we expected and paid for.
-  front desk was outstanding - had recommendations for dining, arranged transportation to the airport, gave us tips on nearby attractions. Delightful.
Cons -
- We had a communication issue that appears to be my fault but the hotel could have helped me fix the error but for communication problem.

The hotel booked us travel from the airport and to the ferry. They booked us the best restaurant in BA and probably on the best in the world. The service we received was great. Our room was very nice and pretty much what we expected and paid for.
We had a communication issue that appears to be my fault but the hotel could have helped me fix the error but for communication problem.
