The price was excellent value. The hotel meticulously maintained and appointed. A very clean and comfortable bedroom and a great shower! Staff went above and beyond. Breakfast buffet was fit for royalty.

Breakfast was really bad, everything was bad quality. We paid for breakfast, and when we asked if we could have it in our room (after already charging it) they said they needed to add 25 dollars per guest to bring it to our room, really no sense.

Value for money

Breakfast could be improved—there wasn’t much variety, especially in the fruit selection, which lacked freshness and quality. Also, there were very few pastries or baked options available

The location was perfect and secure.The personal was very helpful and kind.It's my second time here, and I will definitely come back.The view and rooftop top is priceless.

Overpriced for what it offers. Room had no proper bathroom door, breakfast was mediocre, and staff wasn’t welcoming. They charged extra for coffee and water, and the safety deposit was excessive. Shower was tiny and never got hot. Expected much more for the price.

Excellent service, location and some amenities.

It announced a spa with massage. That was one important reason to choose this hotel. When I arrived on Sunday, I was told that the massuge comes only on weekends. Since we were leaving on Friday, we will not be able to use that service.

My favorite was the Starbucks on the first floor and the staff FOR sure. From the lobby you can tell the experience is going to be great in every aspect. Well located, nearby so many shopping opportunities, clubs and restaurants. The facilities are top of the line: amazing jacuzzi (that you have to book in advance), big refreshing pool with service staff ready to meet all your needs. I required a special wine and cheese for my husband and I to share apon arrival and it was the best wine of 2024, an exquisite bottle of chardonay. I really recommend and will definitely be back.

Small bathroom

Reception staff were very helpful, allowing us to leave bags until we could check in later. Location is good, whilst being away from the the city centre there are metro stations within walking distance and we used the local stop of the hop on - hop off bus to tour the city and learn a little of it's history. The top floor restaurant and terrace is fantastic with good food and drinks and wonderful views over the local area. Breakfast was not included but the fixed price allowed access to a wide variety of breakfast options. My wife was very happy with the pool and sunbeds.

Great location ,friendly english-speaking staff

The swimming pool has only 10 sunbeds available,which is not enough... they could easily add 3 or 4 more. Weird layout of the room (sink in the room,toilet door is pretty much transparent, there is no privacy) .There was no kettle in the room, and I had to request it after check-in.

The property is not to the usual Hilton standard .The TV don’t work Be aware in Chile you need to pay by. Reddit card or you get charged the tax.Some of the staff were helpfulOverall the area is ok not much near by

Good location

Slightly “tired” design. Restaurant not up to required standard and inattentive staff in there. Other staff were good. Room smelt like an old “smoking” room. Could do with a refresh!

Location, parking facilities, friendly staff, great breakfast, good size bedrooms, nice pool.

The only thing that I could say is that the eggs were cold.

Clean, modern and comfortable. Good service.

Nice room with an amazing view. The dinner in the evening was great.

The house keeping services were extremely slow. Dry cleaning took 2 days instead of 1 twice. When you ask for a bottle of water it takes them 2 hours to bring it to the room. But the worst was the breakfast as it was cold and not tasty at all.
