Rooms were super clean, we liked that the best along with the staff that were great and helpful.

Location is a bit sketchy and the size of the room we had (twin room) was not the best one.

The rooms were clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was great for exploring the city. Even though we only stayed for one night, my group and I really enjoyed our time here. It had a fun, hostel-like vibe with the convenience and comfort of a hotel.

Nothing major stood out—we had a great experience overall.

Terrible lighting in room. Need a small sofa and had to request a desk chair which was not provided. No face towel and one hand towel for two people.

Nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. The room feels like a five star hotel. Ended up staying for 5 nights.

It was well situated downtown with breakfast included. Bey clean and bed was super comfortable. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. I would stay there again..

The location is very good which is closed to all the attractions by walk. The breakfast is good. The staffs are helpful. We stored our luggage for 4 days in the hotel with no charge. The room is very clean.

It would be better if there is a kettle provided.

We were only here for one night, but it was close to the main street with lots to see. We felt safe, and the breakfast was just what we needed.

Broadly speaking the staff seemed friendly, the room was clean, and the wifi worked without issue.

I'd give this hotel a higher rating, however I feel like I got taken advantage of when it came to payment. IVA tax isn't supposed to apply to tourists, only locals. However, the hotel told me they would have to apply IVA of 19% if I paid on a debit card, rather than credit card. I only had a debit card. This was despite showing them my passport and visa proving I'm a tourist. They claimed it was to do with their card processor. Fine, get a different card processor.

It was very average. The price was ok for european travellers and the location is near some tourist attractions (Santa Lucia hill and Bellas Artes neighbourhood).

The room was modern, very clean, and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, I love the buffet style, it's nice to load up on food for the day. Location is good, quiet, not near a main thoroughfare.

The shower didn't have anywhere to place shampoo and soap. There were no washclothes, just hand towels and large towels. The water in the shower didn't get much more than lukewarm. The desk didn't have a chair.

This hotel is great value for money. The location is great, just a short walk from the city centre and near to nice bars and restaurants. Breakfast was nice too.

The rooms are a little basic but for the price really cannot complain
