The staff were delightful and very helpful. They helped arrange transport to and from airport. Property has very good on site restaurant, and many others within walking distance.

Location is fantastic

I was put in a room right next to the the kitchen and restaurant. There was loud banging and music form the kitchen until midnight. I think there are better rooms but this particular room was a nightmare.

It was clean, bed and linens were great, good shower and hot water. Nice location. Fantastic staff. It was nice having a restaurant right there if tired etc

Only drawback was no elevator but staff carried my bag

Loved the breakfast area! Really great breakfast to start your day. The staff are phenomenal. We loved Leonardo and George! They spoke English and were absolutely lovely. The rest of the staff were so helpful and kind.

The floor in our room was dirty. We wore flip flops while getting ready.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. We were charged a pretty high fee for early check in.

Great hotel, the staff was very helpful and they offered amazing breakfast. There is a super Peruvian restaurant at the ground floor. The room was comfy and big enough, and the location was very safe - kind of in a residential area, away from the city's hustle but still very quickly reachable.

Nothing to complain about.

The host at reception, during the morning shift, was very kind and hospitable. The morning personnel at the buffet called us by our name(s).

Room not cleaned on Day 2 and 3. Took 2 days to re-set safety deposit box.

Tagle is at La Providencia, a very nice neighborhood with many bars & restaurants, and not very far from some city attractions. The breakfast is basic, but of very high quality. The staff is exceptional.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very nice and in a very pleasant area. Close to metro and good restaurants.

Bed not that comfy but definitely doable. Desk chair flimsy. I had a lot of work do to and it was a bit challenging.

Great location, wonderful staff.

The room was tiny, and sound traveled througout the hotel very easily so that it was quite noisy from the restaurant, front desk, other guests till at least midnight. I also HATED the smell from the chemical small machines (glade plug ins on steroids) that were on each floor. I asked them to unplug them and they did but the smell still lingered. It was like strong cleaning product.

The area is very nice and walkable there is a police station diagonal from the hotel so the street felt very safe. The rooms was clean and the stag. Was very accommodating. The Peruvian restaurant that is attached is very good and you get a 20% discount to eat there if you follow them on socials.

The shower was very small and not comfortable to get in and out of. It is a small two story hotel so only stairs to go up and down but they will help you with your luggage.

The staff was really nice. Very good breakfast. They also let me store my luggage there after check out.

The hotel staff were all welcoming and helpful. Patricio helped me when I had communication issues with a tour and was super helpful. The breakfast is delicious and the hotel is on a quiet street yet close to lots of nice restaurants. I would stay here again. It is a great value for all they provide.

A delightful small hotel, in a residential area of Providencia, close to many things but far from the hustle. The property is clean, well-maintained and well furnished. The included breakfast was excellent with a good buffet, combined with egg dishes prepared any way you want. There is an interesting, small, rather eclectic restaurant on site serving great food at fair prices. So easy and convenient to be able to dine there without having to Uber, taxi or walk anywhere. Staff are terrific and eager to help. Tagle Hotel Boutique is far different from the large, chain hotels. We really enjoyed our stay.

Note that there is no lift so stairs have to be negotiated. However, the hotel is really just two levels.

Location w is great, personal was very helpful, breakfast was good.

Furniture was quite old, very small wardrobe etc.

It’s probably only my room located adjacent to the front office. Acoustic from exterior was very good but I could hear lots of talking from the front desk area through the door.

Breakfast was great, friendly staff. Good selection of fresh fruit daily and they provided a takeaway breakfast of mixed goodies when you are off on a day tour. On the day of my arrival i found out i had a kidney infection, the staff located a good local medical centre and arranged transport for me. By the time i arrived back they were concerned for my welfare... which is rare. I became friendly with a number of the staff during my stay, superb people of a good calibe. I would reccomend staying there. The rooms were clean, the facilities adequate and everyone was always helpful and friendly to me. I wish them all the very best !

Lovely barrio(neighborhood), which gave you a taste of typical life in Santiago. Very nice Peruvian restaurant attached with lovely ambiance on patio as well as in the solarium. A very nice breakfast (good variety with eggs made to order)with an excellent attentive waitress was served in equally pleasant surroundings inside the back of hotel. Music choice was excellent! Staff spoke English and were extremely pleasant and helpful. Kudos to Patricio, Aline, Jorge & Benjamin! The hotel is lucky to have you on staff. The Metro was close by & only a few stops to downtown.
