Excellent staff, most of whom spoke English.

I had a problem with the hours they told me about the gym (conflicting info about when I could work out), but they resolved it to my satisfaction, by offering me a discount on a meal. So it wasn¿t really a problem.

Close to everything you want to see in Santiago. Beautiful rooms, restaurant and excellent service. Very mice pool as well. Lovely breakfast too!

Access from airport and very dependable high quality of service

This location does have its drawbacks. In three days we witnessed two on street robberies in broad daylight and at night the whole neighbourhood is shuttered

Hotel was within walking distance of many tourist sites. Hotel staff helped arrange excursions and helped with the language barrier and breaking pesos into smaller bills. Breakfast always contained a large selection of fresh fruits.

Location to significant sites.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Plaza San Francisco in Santiago. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable — exactly what we needed after weeks of travelling.The hotel facilities were a real highlight. The pool, gym, and spa were fantastic and such a treat after being on the road for so long. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge.Breakfast each morning was amazing, with a huge variety of options. I may have indulged in a morning mimosa (included with breakfast!), which felt like a lovely holiday bonus. Both the bar and restaurant were excellent — ideal whether you’re after a quick drink and bite or a more substantial dinner.Most of all, the staff truly made our stay special. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The fact that the staff all spoke English was especially comforting after weeks of stumbling through Spanish.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santiago.

This hotel was absolutely perfect location for my purposes. The staff from front door to front desk to room service exceeded my expectations. Very friendly, very kind, excellent English spoken from every single person (I did not expect that level of fluency). I loved my room.

Changing rooms near the pool were not available during my stay

Great location and the stay was very good , lounge, restaurant and room the only provide we had was the Booking.com Taxi we prebooked to get us from the airport. the Booking .com Taxi service is problematic from Airports to hotels

Location great. Staff excellent. Room very big. Nice terrace on 5th floor. Food not great but good area to relax.

Hotel is not five star. Faded grandeur. The bathroom was very shabby and old fashioned. Towels very thin quality. Breakfast buffet mediocre either what looked like boxed food

The location, spacious rooms and very clean

When I first arrived, I had some trouble with my taxi ride there, and two of the employees helped me get it resolved. Every one of the staff I encountered was friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant were both nice and the good was very good. It is located near the metro for longer trips, but easy walking distance to many of the attractions.

I have no complaints at all.

Desayuno is good

I miss the crips white linen napkins that were traditional in the past. It adds Class. Now, you use plastic silly gray napkins. Déclassé.
