The view and location

It was raining and there were some leaks in the restaurant, water from raining was falling

Everything was perfect for family of 4. Comfortable bed with clean and quite spacious room with good mountain view as expected. Staff were nice. Breakfast was good with ok choices. I loved bakeries from the hotel.

We booked 3 rooms. We arrived a bit earlier than 2 pm. Fortunately, 1 room was ready before 3 pm (the check-in time). The other 2 rooms were not available to check-in until 4 something pm. It was exhausting waiting.

Good breakfast, variety of options. Great location. Very comfy room for a family of 4.

On the first day, we went out mid-morning and returned in the afternoon; however, housekeeping did not clean the room. The next day, we were out all morning and returned mid-afternoon. We had to wait for the staff to start cleaning before we could enter the room.

Clean place

The service, it was really bad. Also, I cut really bad with glass from one of their glass panels from one of the stairs (unexplainable how that could happen), and they basically didn’t even care.

Nice hotel and in a great area! Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Security was great! Nice walking path just steps from the hotel.

Reception views are beautiful, the room size is big, beds are comfy, friendly staff

Overcrowded breakfast

Has been a regular stop over within a few months of its opening. Great location with mall shopping nearby, lots of eateries and entertainment opportunities. Great family venue.

Indoor 13th floor pool and leisure areas requiring some uplift and pool seemed to be lacking best cleaning endeavours.

Physical plant was unorthodox Parking was off site and needed separate elevator and walk outdoors to get to main hotel.

Loved the location, breakfast, bedroom space and facilities.

Close proximity to restaurants and supermarket, friendly staff.

The pool is small and more of a plunge pool than suitable for swimming, especially when kids are in there.

The room was very comfortable, it seemed very safe, the breakfast was great, parking was easy, and I appreciated that the pull out couch/bed was already made when we arrived.

I would like the breakfast to start a little bit early - than it currently does.

Room was clean, but there was an odd smell. We think it was the carpet. We had a nice corner room, but our door was right next to another room's door, and we could hear it LOUDLY whenever that door opened or closed.

Coffee/breakfast could have been a lot better. Very few alternative milk choices for those of us who are lactose intolerant.

The installations look new and clean. The location was amazing, secure and peaceful.

The bathroom has a constant sewer smell. That was the only problem with the room.
