Great location. Helpful English speaking front desk. Comfortable rooms.

Well located. Front desk spoke English. Helped with several requests.

This hotel charged me $10 from my security deposit for a SINGLE drop of blood found in the bed sheet. I'm not even sure it was mine but regardless, ridiculous and inhumane treatment.

Clean,good breakfast

No free water in room, first time we encountered that no free bottles of water given. There are two bottles on the fridge but there is a charge for it. Coffee maker available but there is a charge for coffee too.

The rooms were very nice with a huge bathroom and comfortable beds. There were multiple 220v outlets and usb ports.

The staff at the reception desk was very condescending and rude. The breakfast was served individually and it was always the same.

Great location, nice rooms, friendly staff. Hard to beat!

Staff and the location

Comfortable bed. Rooms are wide big and clean. Nice hotel cold shower. They accommodated my to go food for early morning tour. Helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santiago. It is right in downtown where you need to go. I will also stay here if i have a chance on my next visit.

No A/C in the rooms so that it was very hard to sleep because the room was so warm.

The hotel rooms are very nicely done with a spacious bathroom. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, with English speakers at the front desk. The breakfast is good and the location is perfect for close access to Santa Lucia and Lastarria, as well as the parks along the river. The hotel arranged my taxi from and to the airport. The real bonus of the Hotel Sommelier is the rooftop restaurant with wonderful staff and excellent Chilean dishes. The view of the Andes from the 8th floor rooftop is splendid.

Loved my room.Bed was comfy. Decor was amazing. Staff was helpful. Lent me a card to use the subway. Breakfast was good. Enjoy the fruits. Great location, close to everything. Roof top reaturant was amazing. Guys up there were really great. Food and drinks good.

Sometimes the bathroom was not cleaned properly.

Great location and spacious rooms.

There was a little surprise left in the toilet - the toilet had a poor flush so I suspect it had floated back! The window to the room faced into the sun so even with the aircon on the room was very warm. Also when I left the room with the card the aircon went off so I came back to a warm room. I did ask for another card but never got one.

Excellent location, compact but considered design and layout, excellent staff, amazing breakfast.

My room was under the bar/restaurant, which was a little noisy on the first night.

I ordered a driver fr. the hotel to meet me at the airport; my plane was late, customs long, luggage delayed; the driver left; I was then scammed of $1,000+ from my accounts. Safe & hair dryer didn't work. 2 light bulbs were out.

We enjoyed the location on Merced near a beautiful park and the Museum of Fine Arts. We also liked the Terrace Bar on the rooftop and the delicious breakfasts. .

Staff was extremely accommodating, gave us an upgraded room which was very large.

Not a 5 star hotel. Took a day to get hot water in shower and they charged $2.50 for off brand coffee pod.

The location is okay

We lived on the seventh floor and the eighth floor is a restaurant. It was still very noisy and we did not go to sleep until around 1am. We informed the staff at the front desk in the morning. they did not apologize for this poor arrangement.

I arrived at 8am and had a very nice manager who guided me through attractions on the map and got me a cup of coffee. The hotel is very conveniently located.

The rooftop terrace was closed on Sunday, I feel like this should've been noted since they advertize it. There was another lady at the reception the other two days and she wasn't very helpful. The room is dated and some surfaces were dusty.

Helpful staff. Management arranged a car to meet us at the port & also for ride to airport. Lovely rooftop restaurant for a pleasant and tasty lunch. Large, comfortable room & bath. Excellent location for exploring the city center, many nice restaurants & streetside artisans.

Tissues in room please. Only outlets for computers were in the bathroom. They charged us for 2 coffee pods each day. (Guess I should have read the minibar list closer.)
