Hotel Acacias de Vitacura

Well the location has relatively low traffic and low noise level. For the night, I was able to open the windows to get some fresh air in the bedroom.

I was sort of confused as the balcony has "no smoking" signs but you they have ash trays. I stayed at the 3rd floor and apparently my neighbours from the 2nd floor opted to ignore the signs.

Very quiet

Had to ask for a change of sheets. They looked like if they had been used and were also stained.

The grounds and gardens are a treasure. I loved the room’s balcony. The hotel is a bit old but very clean and comfortable.

The garden and the location

It’s getting old and the bed was 2 in 1

We were in the suite which was easily large enough for 2 adults and 2 children. There were also 2 bathrooms and a living area which was great. The hotel was surrounded by trees and there were loads of bushes and plants throughout which made it very easy to forget that it was in the city.

The rooms were a little old, but there were no major problems with them so I would still recommend it to others.

Location, cleanliness, the restaurant, the staff.

Wifi connection is weak for working. Better to have breakfast out.

The grounds were a beautiful magical garden. The historic items made it so fun!

The restaurant was supposed to be open but it wasn't so we had to go search for a restaurant. We were tired and it was late so we really didn't want to do that.

The place is beautiful and the room was clean and well-isolated against the outside heat. The staff was gentle

The restaurant is good but has limited options, and there is no service on Monday. Then, when you ask for glasses or plates, they give you some very cheap single-use plate

Restaurant, swimming pool, and the little forest inside the facilities are really nice.

There is not much renewal in the rooms. I think it could be an amazing place and much more people would like to visit it if the room are renewed

Very good value for money. Simple room, yet with all I need. Cozy environment, made me feel like at home. Silent area, yet 10 minutes away from good restaurants area and UN buidligns by uber. Access to premises for guest only, a guard check visitors at the entrance. Staff is very kind.

One may say facilities and rooms are outdated, sort of vintage, and that the hotel may need major renovation, but I really liked it as it is; it's what make it cozy in my opinion. Maybe, bathroom gadgets (soap, shampoo, etc.) can be more stylish, less basic.

It is a secluded place with lots of vegetation and hillside views. The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood with quick access to the highway and major shops. There is good parking and 24-hour security in a quiet location.

The gardens and pool. The brilliant staff and the clean bedroom with on suite that had direct access to garden. The humming birds!

No tea making facility in room.

It needs some updated. The rooms looked old and not very well cared.

Breakfast must be paid seperately and is extremely expensive and doesn't have a good price / value relation

The people could talk english and where friendly

The service of ordering food wasnt always on point. But they where open to changing things so you could always talk to them.

You have to order your breakfast by plate and it is not included. We opted out of breakfast so can’t say if it is good or not.
