The location and comfort. Very good for the price.

The staff of the restaurant was a bit off at times, removing the food right at the second of 10 am for breakfast and not sometimes not being the most helpful. Tamara on reception on the other hand was lovely and really helpful with us.

The facilities were clean and comfortable, the location was in a nice neighborhood, and the staff was absolutely amazing! The on-site restaurant was superb!

Very good room with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast is very good! If you have an early tour they arrange a small breakfast in a to-go bag.

Big and very clean room, located in a very quite area, a great position to explore all the city of Santiago. Very friendly staff.

Mathías at the front desk was wonderful, helpful and kind! The other staff were also friendly and very competent. Rooms were comfortable and clean, great value for money and very well-located!

The hotel is extremely cozy, beautiful, and very clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. The breakfast, although simple, is carefully prepared and delicious. Even though our room wasn’t ready upon arrival, the staff kindly offered us complimentary drinks while we waited. The hotel’s excellent location is in a charming and well-located neighborhood.

For a hotel of this size and price, it’s surprising that they don’t offer room service. Additionally, the lack of a pool or hot tub makes the experience feel somewhat incomplete. Another point to consider is that the parking is not located within the hotel building but on the same street, which can be inconvenient for some guests.

I was irritated by the so called "welcome drink". After consuming I was told that my choice was not included. So they want you to drink what they want.Better not receiving any welcome.

They only open the roof top terrace place at 11, before that it is closed and the concierge even don’t have the key (to do an early morning exercise)

The hotel was located in a beautiful area, the staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable.

There were no restaurant menus in English and the pillows were very thick.

Great location in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Quick walk to the metro. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious. Very nice staff.

I witnessed theft at the hotel restaurant. I guess you can understand that the security level could be upgraded.

There are things that have been abandoned, such as fixing the bathroom door.

Location and value for money, overall. Staff at front desk was very helpful. Room was larger than expected.

Breakfast was very basic. Room for improvement there, specially with the coffee. Not too good.

The hotel is nice, rooms are clean and spacious. Bathroom is good and clean. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant offers good options at a fair price. They also gave me a ticket for a free drink at arrival which is always a great way to start.

The only thing that could really be improved is the gym. Location is ok (in another hotel from the same brand 2 min walk away) but the quality of the gym is really poor. All the weight training equipment is old and low quality which does not allow a proper training session. Ellipticals and the treadmill looked OK, I didn't use it.

We were very impressed by all aspects of our stay. the reception was very efficient with lear information about the hotel and the area, and a free welcome drink. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The restaurant had a good selection for dinner, and a fabulous spread for the beakfast buffet. The area is full of more expensive, big name hotels, but we found this one offered better service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Just a small issue with the A/C in our room. But front desk was kindly enough to change us to another room.
