The staff was very accommodating. We arrived early and they found a room for us. Hotel was very clean. Location is safe and convenient to walk to restaurants and shopping. 10/10

Wonderfully styled property and room. Breakfast has good variety and pastry quality is high. The on-site dining options are also high quality which I was able to enjoy during my stay. Staff is professional and contributes significantly to the boutique/high-end feel of the hotel.

My room was right above the outdoor dining area of the hotel, so on the weekend during my stay I was able to hear the partying/activity on the ground floor. Acoustics were fine everywhere else except from the windows/street facing side. There seemed to be a curfew which helped keep the noise from disturbing any sleep.

Beautifully appointed throughout, comfortable rooms and shower, and lively restaurant and common spaces. Situated in a lovely neighborhood, that while not next to the metro, makes up for it in charm.

The decor, everything in working order, cleanliness, delicious breakfast and dinner. Loved the wallpaper in the room and in the elevator. Loved the sculptures, dog aprons on wait staff.

Beautiful decor, friendly staff, great restaurant onsite

We loved everything about this hotel! The staff, the decor, the amenities…everything was fantastic! We enjoyed the restaurants for both breakfast and dinner, were very comfortable in our room, and the fragrance of the hotel is a beautiful memory I’ll never forget. Incredible!

Staff is great, super friendly and always willing to help! This is what makes the hotel shine.Location is good, plenty of stuff nearby. The restaurant is nice as well, good food and atmosphere.I found interesting the thermic stuff the hotel talks about to keep temperature inertia (eco-friendly), surprisingly we did not need to use any A/C.

No box lunch available for early tours, old smart TV, no coffee at the room :( - I mean, for hotels at this category I would've expected little bit more amenities.

Bidasoa is my home away from home. We stay each time we are in Santiago. Love the European feeling, location, staff, service and most of all the delicious food at the restaurant. We love it.

The location

The hotel has a bit of an old-fashioned charm, but the roofs are showing wear and the bathrooms could use some updates. A renovation would make a big difference.

Reception staff was always kind, resourceful and helpful; specially Lucio and Enzo. Restaurant is amazing and the overall ambiance is great!

Modern hotel with all the amenities! Large room with good view of city, 2 restaurants, excellent free breakfast, English speaking staff, friendly and accommodating , free underground parking, safe location.

Google maps is a bit quick to say you have reached but hotel is on the main road - keep going

Great decoration, authentic and charming. Great breakfast, but missed something different (every day, same offers). The location is in a great neighborhood. The room was cozy, clean and comfortable.

Our room was above the restaurant, and too loud. During the weekend, we couldn't sleep until midnight because of the noise. Also missed having room service.
