    • The woman at front desk..saved the whole trip, of not for her..I would of checked out
    • There is a dining room and living room on the second floor that was not mentioned at check in. The room does not have AC. We had 92° weather. The windows can not be opened. This is a fire hazard they do provide a fan. This is not an 8 star hotel. More like a 2 star. The employees did their best to make us comfortable. On the last day I had montezumas revenge and could not leave the room. Could it have been from the water? The beds are comfortable. The room is clean. You will need a 2 prong round plug. The woman at the desk gave us one. The location is in the city center. We felt unsafe initially, but this is really just an illusion as everyone told us how unsafe this location is. I recommend calling Uber to get around, as they are cheaper and safer than taxis. Walking the streets around the hotel was very interesting. There are seven million people in Santiago and I think most of them live in the down town area. Everything is closed on Sunday. Also, people do not speak English here.
    • Great Location, right at downtown and close to good restaurants.

    Cons -

    • Hot, locked up trying to get back
    • See the above story.
    • They did not have Air Conditioners in any of the rooms and the ventilation was extremely poor. Check-in took ages to complete and they had faulty card machines.

The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Location is in the VERY high crime area. Several people are robbed daily just outside the hotel. The floors need to be moped with clean soapy water.

Location of the hotel is great! Walking distance to everything. Breakfast included was super! Bed was comfortable and clean.

    8ErikPosted on: 5-17-2025

Very good location in the old center. Close to metro and many sights, restaurants and shops. Comfortable room.

    7ErikPosted on: 5-17-2025

Good location near metro, restaurants, shops and museums. comfortable room. Good value.

One window could not be fully closed, which meant a lot of noise from the street.

    Great variety at breakfast

Unable to charge acc in US$ despite invoice in US$. Premises set up to service locals and no English speaking staff so charged for a bottle of wine instead of 2 x glasses at dinner. Very noisy at night

Price and amability of the personnel from breakfast room (very likely owner family).

Outdated hotel in a run-down building. Disgusting lobby, reception and common areas. We arrived at the reception after a 25 hours trip from Europe and they cannot accommodate an earlier check-in. Still, at due time (sharp 3 pm) they start filling a lot of papers, that drove me crazy after 30 hours left from home, although that formalities could have been done in the idle time.

    6AntonioPosted on: 4-12-2025

No air conditioning in the room, then it is necessary to leave open the window and then you go a lot of noise all night

    7GianlucaPosted on: 4-7-2025

I spent two hours for check in. Issues with card payment for POS machine. Requested payment in USD cash that after changed notes was not ok as not completely new (they could advise before). After 15 h flight unacceptabe spend 2h for chech in

    7WilsonPosted on: 3-30-2025

    Very good location.

We did not get any food for breakfast as we had to check out early. The photos did not represent the conditions of the hotel. The hotel front was not appealing and non existent with metal gate and security camera. The hotel looked old not keeping up with maintenance

    8DavidPosted on: 3-23-2025

Breakfast was okay - location was excellent

    English speaking staff. Better breakfast

    10KostiantynPosted on: 3-10-2025

Good location, comfortable beds, great breakfast. We checked-in 2 hours earlier without any additional payment. If you arrive too early and your room is not ready, you can leave your bags in their storage room.

The bulevard outside is a bit noisy, but it wasn't a big deal. If you have earplugs, there won't be any problem

    7KathrynPosted on: 2-23-2025

    Very central.

Hard to locate the entrance.Getting a bit dated

    8RodPosted on: 2-19-2025

The staff were friendly and helpful

No aircon, just a very noisy pedestal fan

    9MarinelaPosted on: 12-19-2024

The location was in the center, walking distance to the main tourist attractions. Near the hotel there are restaurants, shops and even a small bazaar where you can buy souvenirs and Chilean handicrafts. The matrimonial bed was super wide and super comfortable. The cleaning was done every day, even when I put the Do not disturb sign on the door. The breakfast was very good and varied. The staff is kind and willing to solve the problems that arise.

Due to the fact that the staff is less fluent in English, it is more difficult to understand the problems that have arisen.

    8IndraniPosted on: 11-12-2024

location was excellent. convenient for city sights. free parking was useful. it was convenient having a restaurant on site. room was spacious. breakfast had a variety but the juice tasted like water and the plates were very small to serve food properly.

the wifi was fine but kept disconnecting each time you went out. it didn't reconnect automatically so it was a hassle to sign in all the time. there was no laundry service. tiny plates were provided for breakfast

    10NevillePosted on: 11-10-2024

So clean and comfortable. Staff were amazing, I was poorly whilst there and they were very understanding and helpful and went out of their way to make it easier. Breakfast was really great too.

    4MehdiPosted on: 8-22-2024

    Breakfast was good

Room door lock was not working properly or was faulty and not fixed event after I asked the management twice.
