Helpful, friendly staff. Clean, with comfortable bed. Good breakfast included with my stay.

It would have been nice to have a chair in the room. Other than the bed and the commode, the only place to sit was an ottoman.

The location is what I like the most. It's close to the subway station and the neighborhood is safe to walk around. It's the ideal place to stay in Santiago and be well connected to public transport. My reservation was cancelled because my credit card had a problem, but they gave me a room anyway when I got to the hotel.

The room is spacious and comfortable - the bed two single beds were super comfy, there were blackout curtains and the heater worked well. The shower had great pressure and we had no issues with hot water. The staff in the reception were friendly and helpful. Internet worked well. Located in a good and safe neighborhood, close to the city center.

A very nice hotel that I would definitely recommend. It is 5 minutes away from a big city mall, in the middle of a quiet area, 3 minutes away from the subway with many restaurants and cafés around. Super nice service, the stuff is very friendly, helpful and always available.The breakfast is really great, there is something for every taste.

The single room was a bit too small for my taste. However, the hotel offers good upgrade options for a small surcharge.

This is our second time staying here. Overall the property is located in a quiet part of Providencia, while also being close to the metro, shopping, and cafes.

The room we stayed in had a bathroom in bad shape. Everything worked, but the caulking was black with mildew, and the shower door doesn’t seal, leaking water all over the floor and even onto the carpets. You can see watermarks from the constant leaking. A little time to repair these issues would make a difference.

Excellent location. Quiet area of the neighbourhood but close to commercial centres, restaurants, caffes and good walking access to public transportation.

Several of the staff were not that pleasant in providing their service to the guests, although a few of the restaurant staff was quite pleasant to deal with

Extremely basic and small room for the price, not even a basic electric jug in the room for a cup of tea.

The location is down the street from our son. The people who work the hotel are excellent.

The room we got this time was smaller, there was a problem with the shower leaking. It got fixed but we would have preferred changing rooms.

Pool too hot, but I hear this is common in Chile.

The air conditioning in the room only had the heating option. But I turned it off and left the windows open, which solved the problem for me. (I was in winter)

Nice and big room, with confortable beds. Nice breakfast. Good location, very close to malls, restaurants and many attractions.

The breakfast starts at 8h am on weekends. There were a lot of people before this time, waiting for breakfast, because most of the tours pick the tourists before 8h o clock. The breakfast should start at 7h30 am. The hotel provides a package with a few food for the ones who leave the hotel before breakfast, but it is not the same.

The location is amazing, close to the shopping "Costanera Center" and metro Tobalaba Station.

The location, proximity to cafes, large and very clean rooms. The restaurant has good food. The price was excellent.

They do not provide facial tissues, kitchen towels nor waste basket liners

Soft and mushy mattresses. Tall and slippery bathtub, without adequate footrest, presenting a risk of falling.
