Location very convenient

Old building poor ventilation in bath room

Its atmosphere was so charming, on site restaurant was spot on and reasonable. The location couldn’t have been better.

We had a noisy neighbor which can happen at any hotel so wouldn’t count anything negatively for that.

Great location and good staffs

The AC made a loud noise and I was awake every hour, and you can hear if people talk at the hallway clearly, so I believe they can hear us too.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood just 10min walk to the Oasis cable car station to get to Cerro san Cristóbal. The room is big and comfortable. There’s no elevator but the reception offered to carry our luggage to the room at higher floors

I liked the space, the room was beautiful, in general the hotel is very quiet with a great environment, to rest and enjoy your time, very peaceful atmosphere, the was staff pretty nice.

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was bug and clean. Hotel is close to public transportation and is located in a quiet area. The restaurant in the hotel was also very good. Will definitely be coming back.

Perfect location easy to get to shopping-sky-view over the city teleferico… walking distance! Lovely breakfast as well

Central to Providencia, not too far from the Metro, the tallest building in the whole of South America was 5 mins away with great shopping and restaurants and a massif supermarket called JumboMost of the staff were very nice and all spoke good English, The fod in the restaurant was good a reasonably priced,

Some Chileans keep their mobiles on loud at the table so you can hear the whole conversation which is annoying if you are trying to talk to your partner over dinner, unacceptable and management should know thisThey nplay music through their phone even at the next table, should not be allowed but nobody did anything about it even though I did complain, but was told by the staff that all Chileans do this in restaurants !!!!!

A great hotel in a great location, clean and comfortable with friendly welcoming staff. We would love to come back and can highly recommend this hotel.

If anything, a coffee maker or kettle in the the room would have been perfect.

Property is very well located in a good neighborhood close to many good places 1 block from the mall

Quiet residential neighborhood, just across the river from restaurants, shopping, etc.

Breakfast was pretty minimalist, other than that nothing. 

Nice cozy hotel in a very safe neighbourhood. The rooms are older than what they seem like on the pictures but they are clean and nice. Very nice staff except for one guy.

When I arrived to my room the toilet was leaking. I asked the guy on reception for help but he was very arrogant, not wanting to help at all. He came to my room and said that now its fixed but it wasn’t. So I went down to the reception to tell him that it is still leaking and it is not possible to sleep with such sound (after 30 hours of travelling to Santiago) and if he can come again or change my room. He told that there are no rooms available but he will come. He never showed up. At the end I fixed the toilet myself as they were not able to send anyone for 4 days. Also I had a dirty towel in my room the day I arrived. The breakfast was rather poor, two types of ham, one type of cheese, some scrambled eggs, two types of fruit, a cake and a yogurt. The coffee was good though.

Good location, just across from the Constanera shopping mall and Providencia restaurants. Staff were friendly and room was fine in terms of cleanliness and space, but so noisy

I can't give the hotel a better rating, despite everything else being good, because the room was SO noisy. I could hear everything in reception, every buzzer, every word, I had several very bad nights sleep because of it.

Excellent location; silent street; truly excellent breakfast and very helpful staff.

Mattress way too soft caused me back pain. They could also offer smaller pillows because I could not side sleep well.

Cozy hotel in a quiet, safe neighborhood, everything looked pretty new and everything I needed was there. It was a very comfortable stay.

The restaurant could probably be improved as they undercooked my fish.

Secure location

The aircon didn't really work so it got hot very quickly. And nothing is really close by if you want to get food etc.

The location was key for us and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small yet comfortable enough. It was easy to walk to many locations and we enjoyed the bar downstairs as well. The breakfast was ample and had a selection along with plenty of hot coffee.

The walkway to get to our room was tight and had a strange smell but it was nothing to deter from the location or the space for the value.

Staff very friendly and willing to assist. Hotel charming. Very close to metro.
