Location was great. Staff were really helpful and friendly.
Cigarette ashtray just outside door to hotel, so horrible smell at entry to facility. Room had unpleasant odor. Mattresses were very uncomfortable.
The hotel is in an excellent location in Providencia, near many restaurants and shops, including Costanera Center. The price is also great, especially with breakfast included. I ended up staying here primarily because of the location and the fact they served an early breakfast, which starts a 7am on weekdays and 7:30am on weekends, since I had 2 tours that started early at 7:30am. So it worked very well for that purpose.
The room was clean, but kind of rundown. It was fine for my purposes, but it did look a little worse for the wear. Breakfast was good, but the annoying part was that the attendants bothered everyone each morning, giving you a paper to fill out to try to get tips. The breakfast is completely self-serve, so that was pretty pushy.
Room too small, strong noise from the street, basic breakfast
it's location is absolutely great: close to the metro; bus stations; main streets; shopping mall; restaurants; I've seen some people complaning about breakfast, but it was very nice as well. Staff is very polite and raedy to help.
The hotel is located in a very nice area full of restaurants, bars and shops. You can also easily reach touristic points such as the sky costanera and the cable car for the San Cristobal hill.
The hotel seems to be recently renovated but not 100%. Some of the things in the room look very old and not in good condition. Also the room 208, the one assigned to us was very noisy because of the air conditioning system next to our window.
Great location Friendly staff
It’s a little outdated, could use renovationBad WiFi
Location is excellent, breakfast is good, staff is great. However, the facilities feel run down, needing care and the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.
The room
Location, good breakfast.
Our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The air conditioner was noisy. Bathroom is extremely small. Pillows were very high and hard. Hotel is generally run down. Not worth the rate.
The stuff was very nice, friendly, helpful and professional. Also breakfast was delicious. Perfect location, close to many good places.
The beds were not so comfy, after first night I changed the room and it was slightly better but still not that comfy. The "pool" is actually a bigger bath tube, with super warm water. The jacuzzi does not work and the whole area is old. There were supposed to be towels, but thers was nothing.
The location was very convenient, staff super friendly and helpful, breakfast has lots of variety, overall a great place to stay in Santiago.
Location. Nice restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff
Very good location, we booked room for 2 nights, with view, Still, when arriving to the reception with late check in, they mentioned there is no available room with view, so we accepted the only variant offered. People from reception was helpful next day with changing the room with a nice view. Very good breakfast. There are restaurants nearby. Safety area to walk during the evening.
The view from the first room was interior, near air conditioning, with bad smell. We changed the room next day, but we spent some additional time on our side, we did not manage to arrive to one of the places to visit.
Excellent location, front desk staff especially Sebastian who was excellent in giving directions

Really great value and terrific location. A solid 3.5 star and compliments to the concierge, cleaners and front desk staff. They were attentive, accommodating and were 4 star!
Bed is a little thin and the continental breakfast was pretty underwhelming.

Breakfast is exceptional. Every day fresh fruits in season, scrambled eggs, ham and cheese platter, two or three types of bread and sweets. Personnel is very courteous and friendly. Our room was very spacious. It had a medium-sized refrigerator bar which fit our store bought items comfortably. It also had a small table and chairs and a desk. The shower was quite good. So was cleanliness throughout the hotel. It is so well located. Steps from the subway and a large store that sells all kinds of goods including clothing. Quite near the Costanera Center which is a large mall that is very popular and carries both cheaper goods and designer fashions.
One can tell the bathroom was remodeled some time ago. It could use some touch ups. I did not like that the sink in the bathroom is small and circular and evvery time one washes hands or face, the water splatters all over the bathroom counter and floor. The desk could have a mirror on the back wall and then it could serve as desk and vanity. This way we women can put on our makeup and fix our hair outside of the bathroom while the male counterpart can shave etc inside the bathroom. The illumination inside the room is too poor, which is annoying. This could be easily resolved by changing to brighter bulbs.
Friendly with multilingual staff.Breakfast was plentiful with excellent choices of cold and hot food.
