Renaissance Santiago Hotel

Restaurants, staff was nice, very comfortable king bed, great bathroom

Did not have natural ventilation. The room sometimes felt we had lack of air. AC did its best.

The room was not cleaned for the 3 nights we were there and coffee was nor replenished or water.

Localization

Reception didnt give us the correct information about the services included in our room type. There was no hot water in the morning and we had to take a cold showet. Inaceptable for this kind of hotel.

Service was excellent, best location and safe environment.

The shower was definitely an issue as the water was cold or not hot enough. A persistent sulphur like odour in the bathroom.

We enjoyed 2 nights at this lovely hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They organized an excellent private tour of the city with Herbert, who is so knowledgeable.We had one breakfast at the hotel and it was amazing. So much variety and good food to choose from. Altogether a great time in Santiago.

The location was too far away from tourist sights to walk

Our room was fabulous and very quiet which we had asked for and very clean too.The breakfast for the two days we were there was exceptional as were the staff especially Natalia and the front of desk man who was very friendly and explained where everything was. The staff couldn’t do enough for us.

We didn’t like that there wasn’t any umbrellas over the sun beds so we couldn’t use them.

Beautiful view from our room. The hotel bars were great. Incredible breakfast, more selection than anywhere on our trip. Near many restaurants and high end shopping.

Far away from tour sites and museums.

Club Lounge did not live up to expectations.

Male check in at reception was abrupt and pushy until we asked him to locate my Marriot status. At this stage his attitude changed. This I found interesting

Excellent restaurants, friendly and efficient staff, good accommodations, clean and comfortable rooms. The spa was amazing, we loved it.

The bar at the 16th floor wasn’t very good. The food and drinks were OK but more variety would be good. The decoration was very basic and it looked improvised.

Superb location, lovely breakfast and the dinner at the restaurant perfect.

The toilet showed some dark marks which were a little bit disappointing.
