The staff was very acommodating and this is from the cleaners to the highest level that i encountered. The entire staff assisted me in the translation of the spanish to english. They made sure to direct us how to get arround Santiago without issues

Efficient, clean and excellent staff

Rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. Location is very good. The nicest area of Santiago. Safe, clean, green.Biggest asset of this place is the very friendly staff. Always available to help.

the rooftop terrace was not cosy at all. Spend there a few hours to enjoy the sunshine. But no bar, no attendance of staff, no umbrella's for the sun, not very good chairs, no regular cleaning.This can be improved and that is certainly an opportunity for the hotel.

The staff was exceptional. They answered all of my questions with a pleasant attitude. The lobby has a currency exchange machine.

Pool was cold. Playroom near the pool was too hot with AC not working and most of the games did not work. Ping pong paddles old, ball broken, air hockey missing paddle. Disappointing. Room service always came at odd hours. 2pm when we wanted to rest post lunch. We would leave for them to do room only to come back 4pm and room still undone. Buffett breakfast expensive and food mediocre. Only good thing about hotel was location and comfortable beds.

The location was great, but the staff was not. Because I was from another country the person at the frontdesk with red hair, looked down at me and wasn`t friendly at all. In fact she would give me a dirty look and not want to help me or say hello.

2 People at the front desk, the one I checked in with that had red hair. The room was not ready but she still did the check in process but was very rude and unhelpful. She gave me a dirty look and was unfriendly, I think it was because I was from another country and I spoke little Spanish. And when we finally checked in, they gave us the wrong room, which made the experience not good.

The location is excellent, directly connected to the mall, which made it very convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel offers a very good breakfast with a variety of options. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, providing a pleasant stay.

The mountains were visible on the horizon, but the room’s view was mainly of the parking lot above the mall

We found rat droppings on the second day of our stay. We didn't receive the response from the hotel we expected. poor handling of the situation.

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast, and easy, free parking.

All was good though the price of the breakfast was a bit high for what we got, there could have been more fruit and vegetarian options.

The room was fine enough, aircon was loud and no fan in the bathroom.

They did not advise that we were going to be charge 19% fee apart from all other little payments and extras. Booking.com does not a did not advise that one either and we ended up paying 200 dollars mora than the actual booking on the website. We felt scammed and because we had a flight to take we could not speak to the manager.

Very good location, Central. A large shopping mall connected. Modern clean rooms with great views. Good gym. Professional and competent, friendly staff. Very comfortable. I would definitely stay again

Looks old no updated, payed for breakfast but if you have early flight you will lost it. Gym Machines no working and very very poor
