They were charging me an extra TAX, when I showed them the reservation email indicating we had paid it they desisted but in an unsure manner.

Esta muy lindo. Muy buena ubicaci¿n, cerca de centro comercial y restaurantes. El staff muy amable. Desayuno completo y variado.

Estaba ordenado y limpio pero hab¿a una remera (t-shirt) tirada en el placard¿ parece que se olvidaron de revisar ah¿ al limpiar.

The staff. The room excellent and very nice continental breakfast. They even had a breakfast to go on morning of a "very early tour".

Breakfast was average other then the fruit was very fresh. The eggs where on the cold side and sometimes cookecd improperly, either runny or burnt.

Very good location, close to shopping, restaurants and hop-on and off bus stop. The staff was very helpful.

Bad sleep due to La k of air conditioning.

No cold air coming from air conditioner. My complaints to fix this fell on deaf ears. I had bad sleep due this. I realize that it is a system set up where there really is no adjusting the temperature as it is preset. Very bad!

Location was great, the breakfast was fabulous. Check in and out was efficient and friendly. And finally, the Concierge/ door man was very friendly and helpful (day shift). I would stay there again in a heart beat. Many thanks for a great experience. PS, this was the Only lodging in the course of an 18 day stay in Chile, where the sheets and bedding didn’t have a musty”old man” smell. Not sure was causes it, but I found it very unpleasant.

We stayed to attend to the Shakira concert, the staff was super friendly, breakfast was included and the room was clean. We had an excellent stay !

The staff was very friendly, the room was very cozy, the bed was wonderful, and the coffee was a welcome touch. The location was also unbeatable, in a beautiful, peaceful spot close to everything I needed.

When I arrived, there were a lot of people checking in and only one person at the front desk. And please note the size of the towels in the bathroom. They're too small to get out of the shower.

Hotel is in a great location. The staff is very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

The down side is that the hotel does not have a restaurant that works outside of breakfast time
