El ruido de la habitaci�n producto del aire acondicionado, el que era insoportable tuvimos que apagar para poder dormir. Tambi�n el ruido de las ca�erias, era m�s tolerable pero de igual manera molestaba.

Beautiful area¿-beautiful view of park¿- easy walk to restaurants and supermarket. The woman who was at the desk on Sunday February 25th was VERY helpful!!!

Location is excellent and great for Uber or Taxi pickup. Enjoyed the complimentary parking and delicious abundant Breakfast included. Staff was welcoming and attentive to our comfort and enjoyment! Great shower water pressure and AC unit on point and comfortable bed!

Little more cleaning in the lobby area chairs and near the cafe and dining area. Difficult to see staff on their phone texting while the area was disorderly.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to Araucano Park and the mall. The room is very quiet, clean, and has perfect air conditioning

The toilet was not working properly during our entire stay. It did not have enough power to flush, and the shower did not have enough water pressure. The staff were not very clear at the time of payment. They did not properly explain the charges related to the use of the room minibar. They also overcharged us, even though they later apologized.

We had a long stay (21 days) at this Radisson Blue due to a family situation. The staff, from the front desk to house keeping made us feel welcome and always helped with any requests we made. We must make a special mention of three staff members of “Re”, the hotel restaurant. Mr. Rodrigo Marin, our waiter throughout the stay, was a friendly face that made terrific suggestions, both of meals and wines. Flavia, the day shift supervisor, and Jaqueline, night shift supervisor of the restaurant, provided outstanding service every time. By the end our trip, these three people made us feel at home. No doubt we will be staying at this hotel again in the future.

Room and Location.

Breakfast food quality for price and accessibility. The place and buffet bar was tight to accommodate the people that use during morning. Shower bath need to update for flat ones.

The breakfast was fine, not many options as in another Radisson hotels I've been, but quite enough.The room was comfy, good space and beds were comfortable too.Staff always were kind, gentle and helpful.The Re restaurant was very tasty and with good price.Location is perfect to be close to the Arauco Mall, and in a nice and safe area. In front of Parque Araucano, and also next to the hotel there is a gas station which has a shop to buy some candies, beverages and snacks.Gym facilities and the pool are fantastic.

The wifi, I wasn't able to navigate between pages, I had to use my own roaming for that. The wifi connection only worked for social networks, the Staff told me that they were in the middle of wifi changes but neither the old connection or the newer one worked for that purpose.There was noise from the air conditioner that the only way to make it disappear was to turn it off.The toilet had a flush issue that they were not able to fix, instead the staff offered us to change the room but we didn't want to move.

The room size is very good, the breakfast is amazing, free parking and the crew is very helpful and kind. Also, the location is near the park arauco, shopping mall and metro.

Considering it is a fancy hotel, I come with high expectations. Unfortunately we had some problems with the room. The shower takes some time to have hot water, the toilet has no pressure at all,.a drawer in the furniture does not close and slid and lacks water in the entire room during some hours in the night.

Very clean and great location. Safe and close to parks, supermarkets, shopping centers and the subway. Bonus, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Incredibly nice and help staff, excellent breakfast and good evening bar with fun talkative bartenders. Great assistance with the hotel car service too.
