Helpful staff. I forgot my electrical converter and they were ready and lent me one.

Not the hotel's fault, although close to the airport not the best for getting into the city. Again, not the hotel's fault. Great overall.

Like the room, good bed, staff was great. Free airport ride.

Poor location, in a industrial park next to a freeway, Had to pay a driver to get anywhere. Had a very limited pantry to buy things. We walked two long blocks to a gas station mini mart to buy snacks. Only use if your going to the airport.

I had requested early check in prior to my stay. The front desk staff allowed me early check in without changing me extra. They also arranged a ride for me on the airport shuttle.

The restaurant staff (not the bartender) seemed uninterested in serving me. I was the only diner there at the time so it's not because she was busy. And the bartender charged me for some kind of salt dressing on the rim of the glass for a Corona beer that I ordered. But I had asked for lime ("lima"), not salt. I rarely use salt at all. I was charged extra for this because the waitress, not the bartender, refused to remove the extra charge. The money isn't what bothered me, it was the way the waitress treated me.

I liked that it was close to the airport.

Terrible food, terrible cocktails, booking the shuttle service was awkward, and could fill up. The pool was closed.

Location convenient to the airport. Shuttle to hotel from airport comes at 15 after the hour. Room is comfortable.

Bar inadequate in what’s offered and lack of staff training. Breakfast selections were lukewarm.

The gym, sauna and pool was closed for construction.We had to wait 1 hour for our ordered room service and the food was not very good.The waitress had a bad attitude.We booked an airport transfer immediately when we arrived but the receptionist did not put in the order, which made us late and stressed for our flight.All in all a disappointing experience and for the price we did expect a better service.We will choose another hotel next time.

Clean, welcoming, comfortable and well run. The staff are professional and know what they’re doing. I had to coordinate a late night shuttle and everyone was super helpful.

Ok distance to the airport

The whole building smell like oil. Needs maintenance. The pool facilities was in terrible conditions. The room felt dirty and had a humidity smell.

The restaurant was ok-acceptable food and clean but the restaurant staff seemed pressured which made for a less relaxing experience but where else are you going to eat in an industrial area.

Great shuttle service and staff. The bed and room were large and every comfortable. The pool was a nice touch as well as the outdoor garden.

I ordered room service via the Whatsapp option, but the kitchen never received the the order. I waited for an hour before having to go downstairs to check on it.

Great location: very close to the airport. Free Shuttle to and from. 24 hour front desk and great buffet style lunch at the restaurant. Good size bedrooms, great shower. Beds a bit on the soft side but bo major drama.

I loved the location, the staff was very friendly and helpful, plus they have the option of free transportation through a transfer service from the airport to the hotel and vice versa which is free of charge and punctual. I love that they have 24/7 check-in and so it's very convenient if you get late at night which was my case. AND THEY ARE ONLY 10 MINUTES OR LESS FROM THE AIR PORT! I love it!

I wish I could have stayed longer! Although, they didn't offer a comfortable robe and slippers, I really missed that! But everything apart from that was excellent!

They gave me the wrong directions to mentira the transfer.It looked like they didn't have the información at the frontal desk.I was waiting in a wrong place!

Very good place to stay when arriving late at night. The free shuttle runs hourly all day and all night. Good food in the restaurant. Very comfortable and clean rooms and nice staff.

Very close to the airport, free airport shuttle with good directions for getting the shuttle and prompt, friendly service. Very good dinner at hotel restaurant.

Not much to walk to in the area, but that’s the trade-off for being so close to the airport.
