Restaurant closes very early, no room service. Amenities super basic

The staff is great, the rooms are very clean, the location is great, the breakfast is very good.

I've stayed many times and really liked the place. The unfortunate thing is that the rooms are starting to feel dated: oldish carpeting and decor, odd room lighting design, showers that can flood the bathroom area. It's a hotel in need of some TLC.

Comfortable bed, good design

Could not use the pool because it closes at 6:30pm on Sundays. This should be clearly indicated when booking because it comes as a surprise for an i ternational traveller.

See through toilet door. No bacon and butter available at Breakfast

Uses system that is not secure. With one card can open every doorroom you want. If I had not put secure lock, someone would have come inside my room

Nice location, comfortable room with enough space for 2 adults and 1 child (7 years). The shower was very good with great water pressure. Good curtains, thick to keep the light blocked and sleep peacefully.

Our lock wasn't working, so I had to ask for help to reception several times, because my keycard didn't work with the new (or old) lock.I also didn't like the quality of the restaurant, I expected a better quality specially for dinner, to be honest the food is not as good as they promote, that's why we only had dinner the first night (we stayed 2 nights). They didn't have many options neither, no ice cream flavours for kids, a little disappointing. Moreoever, the staff in the restaurant were not so attentive as one would expect, sometime took ages to get drinks. Last thing, Customer Experience at the SPA not the bext, the staff there are not really proactive, one would expect that the Hotel wants to make more revenue selling drinks or providing service at the spa, but we didn't get any service (even when we asked, but the people at the SPA were not very helpful), a shame, people on holiday want to drink and eat, that's basic.

We usually stay because of its location, comfort and amenities.

Our room had sewer smell, so we had to be changed.

Overall it was fantastic, the bed’s mattress was a little bit too soft for my taste but the rest all fabulous

Love breakfast. Lot of options to choose and a very extend time to enjoy with no presure.

The transfer they work with to go skiing. I would not recomend that choice they offer. Rent a car and go by yourself.

The Heater was higher temp. and hard to sleep for this issue. bathroom have a wall opening not insolated with room

service is not that good. Breakfast is just ok, lack of plates all the time, delay to replace eggs, raw omelete. Everyday the same thing

Room service and food was delayed and awful. Very bad service at the reception that night.

Ok breakfast, comfortable beds, quiet rooms...

It's supposed to be a 5 star hotel, but I found that the Ikea style furniture, level of service/breakfast/restaurant would be more at level with basic 3-star European chain hotel. During our trip in Chile we stayed in couple other 5-star hotels that were much nicer. No complains, we liked our stay, just better not to come with too high expectations.

Staff were super unhelpful, some even pretended not to hear me when asking things as simple as “where’s the bathroom”. Beds were small for double beds (two adults wouldn’t fit) and told soft and wobbly.

Great location, comfortable rooms, and nice breakfast.

Heated pool wasn't always warm, and we had a hard time arranging a breakfast to go (they firmly require noticing a day in advance and in the end they just put one simple sandwinch, a bottle of water and an orange in a paper bag).
