Location was great

No phone in room, no hand or face towels provided, no tissues in room. Tioleteroes were bad the cleaning lady did not refill the Bottles so whole showering we had no shampoo and body wash and was told to wait for the next day

Great location.

The air con did not really work well and could not get on thew WiFi. The worst part was the front desk staff. There was a young woman with glasses who was rude during check-in and check-out.

Breakfast very good

Overhead rain shower head in shower. Can't keep your hair dry if you want..Need USB ports for charging phones and other electronics.

Elevator smells terrible, no A/C 2 days with santiago sunny!! The maintenance guys did not solve it, they lie daily about when would be done.

Location: very convenient. Nice and gentle receptionist.Good breakfast.

Awful room. Cramped space, no bedside tables, no fridge, no drinking water in the room. The hotel does not offer face towels!!! I’ll advise everyone against staying there. The room was clean, though. Shower was good.

Central safe location with places to eat a walk away. Great staff with some English. Good buffet lunch and dinner. Helpful with taxi and bag storage.

My only complaint is that this property advertises an airport shuttle in their listing when in fact they do not offer this service. They will call a ride for you at a cost of $30, which is much more than an Uber, which I can call myself. Breakfast should be included; it was minimal and not worth the $13 surcharge.

Very old fittings, very small room, sold as a large bed for a couple with an extra bed. the main bed was just a double and the extra bed only a child sizeAlso one of the lifts didn’t workThe approximation key would discharge every day , sometimes twice a day, meaning I had to go back to reception to recode it Wifi also was very frustrating slow

Convenient, relatively quiet and great price

Toilet flush from other rooms very noisy and woke me up multiple times, no shampoo in the shower and very rough toilet paper

We stay 4 days at this Hotel. The first 3 days the hot water in the shower doesn't work properly. Only too hot or too cool. The mixer was damaged. We inform the reception 3 times only the last night everything was ok. Very disapointed to this Accor / IBIS hotel. We will not return to Chile.

The hotel was always super clean and secure. It also has a great location and lots of facilities nearby.

The hotel could be a little bit quieter

Central located, couple of mins away from restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies. 30 mins away from Costanera mall.

The bathroom drain took a long time to suck the water in. Had to take extremely quick showers so it wouldn’t overflow.
