WIFI and the location was good, it was centre of city

there was no water in room, there was no heater, construction was poor and old, water was leaking in bathroom

The location was perfect for me, making it very convenient. The breakfast was great, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff at the front desk were incredibly nice and friendly, always ready to help with a smile.

The bathroom was really dirty. When I walked in, the toilet seat was stained and looked awful. The floor was a mess, with hair and dust everywhere. I ended up having to buy cleaning supplies to make it usable. Even the table in the room was sticky.In the middle of the night, I woke up to the sound of water pouring from the air conditioner—it wasn’t just a drip, it was a lot of water. Thankfully, I hadn’t left my luggage nearby, or it would’ve been soaked. After that, I had to turn the air conditioner off and try to sleep without it, which was especially annoying on a hot summer night.I guess you get what you pay for.

We stop there for the second time and it's a great place for travellers by car. There is good underground parking, so recommend for everyone who wants to stay in the city center and travel by car or bike. Location is great, there are two super markets, Starbucks, bank. Also there is big improvement in breakfasts (last year breakfast wasn't as good). So good place for its value.

Everything was good. Conditioner is a bit old, but it's the building.

The sheets were not washed. There were obvious butt prints on the sheets. Asked the front desk for new sheets , I was willing to change them myself. Laundry staff were gone so no new sheets for me. They apologized and gave me a different room. Sheets in new room were not wasted either, but I was too tired to move again. So just stayed there.

Location was excellent. Close to end of airport bus line. Close to food and shopping in historic district. Staff was helpful and professional. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent value.

Internet was spotty. Everything else was great.

Enjoyed our stay here, underground parking is good, lots of super markets in the same building. A bit far from the very center of the city, but the location is pretty good. If you take a car from Econorent like us, there is a picking point near the hotel under the palace.

Facility itself is not as fancy

The location is very good.The room was large with a great view of the city. Nice TV with lots of channels. The breakfast was good.

1. They tried to charge me 22,000 more than the booking price because I didn't have some little paper from the airport. 2. The restaurant menu is very limited and takes a long time to get the food. The steak was not good and not worth the price. When I checked out of the hotel they added extra tip money to my restaurant bills that was not in the original receipt. 3. The weather was great for swimming but the pool was empty. 4. It takes a very, very long time to get hot water and the shower had very little water pressure. 5. The bottom sheet on the bed is too small and will not tuck under the mattress, so it comes loose very easily. 6. The AC does not work good, so the room stayed hot. You can't adjust the thermostat because the hotel has limiters on it.

There was hot water & reliable wifi.

Very very outdated. DEFINITELY not a 4 star hotel. 2 at best. Breakfast was terrible. They had a water jug but it was empty & told they couldn’t replace it. Also very few breakfast choices. Halls were dirty. Room itself was small & very out of date. Across the street from a homeless population. Not the closest location to historic center. Would def not stay here again.

Shower was very small and had no extraction fan. Facilities very outdated and towels were old.

Weak wifi in the rooms.

The hotel is located in the city center, very close to starting/ending stop of the Centropuerto bus. The room was quite big and nice. Tasty breakfast.

I got a room on the 10th floor and was waiting for a warm water in the shower quite a long time.

almost nothing. it smells like a very old building.

every corner of the hotel was so old and cold.the first night we arrived with my children they gave us a very old smell room, at midnight the light was off apparently it was a blackout only in our room. around 2 am i called them to come to fix it because i tried so many times from midnight to 2am to call and nobody answered. my kids were awake crying i turned on our mobiles torches in order for them not to cry anymore. at 2.30 am. a gentleman came to offer me another room and this was a little better.Every morning for breakfast was a challenge to ask for just 2 fried eggs. Every morning it took like 20 minutes to get the blessed fried eggs.

Good price for that location.

Old facilities, I had problema with both hot water and the drain at the shower.

Wifi was mostly unusable, had to use my 4G for teleconferences. Hot water wasn't available, best I got was warm.

The location of the hotel was near the city center.

The hotel claim itself as a four star hotel but isn’t at all a four star hotel. First of all the pictures presented by the hotel don’t meet the reality. The hotel is super old and accordingly the whole stay feels rather rough then what a four start hotel should represent. On top of that my room was in the 12 th floor and I had for the whole stay no water to shower. The beds where uncomfortable and the furniture seemed very used. If you’re looking for a quick stay over then this might be a very expensive option for you. Otherwise I don’t recommend it as a four star hotel.

I forgot some things in the room, when I called to ask about those things, they answered me a week later by mail saying the things disappeared, that there was nothing.

Very cordial staff , under remodeling but even with that no interference with guests
