Stayed here quite a few times and always found the staff exceptional and friendly The bar and restaurant also very good Rooms comfy and clean The location is excellent right next to the green

Clean and comfortable, the staff were excellent and the food delicious.

Great central location, on the seafront and within walking distance of bars and restaurants

Nice hotel, would benefit from a pool or spa facility

Beautiful hotel with lovely bar area and rooms private car park close to all the shops bars restaurants - breakfast amazing

Location

Reception staff not all friendly or helpful Gentlemen however were

The staff were great. Foyer bar & reception all very nice

The room was very dated, certainly not 4*

Bedroom and bathroom very large. Staff very helpful. Breakfasts amazing

Pillows very hard

My Husbands breakfast was excellent as usualMy breakfast has been excellent on previous stay. Unfortunately on this occasion I had poached eggs on toast and unfortunatelyThey had only a touch of yolk in each and over cooked. But i am sure if I had complained they would have replaced ( but I didn't I just left my breakfast)

Fantastic position in LythamLovely bar area and restaurant very smartNice atmosphere

Bedrooms are not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel and need an upgradeBathrooms are very clean but datedBedroom furniture is disappointing for a luxury hotel

We had a sea view room really loved the space and the room . Lovely breakfast brought to us ( not buffet for the hot element)

Location. Room and bathroom lovely.

Pillows rather hard

Great locationHelpful and friendly staffGreat atmosphere Spacious rooms with great facilities

Excellent location. Professional and personable staff- nothing was too much trouble. Large spacious room and delicious breakfast with lots of choice.

Our room was changed due to the bed size - we did ask staff about a possible change in management but then they were very helpful. It's the first time we didn't book dinner at the hotel, but breakfast was excellent.

Note initial arrival comment - otherwise very pleased .

The team were so helpful and friendly. The location was ideal, the bar was really nice, and the breakfast was amazing!

We liked everything about the property , food lovely , location great .

Let down by not overseeing housekeeping . Toilet wasn’t clean . Coffee pods not great . It was a Birthday celebration that wasn’t acknowledged , even a small gesture would have been nice . I even mentioned it in a phone call .

Love everything about the property. The location is excellent and the rooms are fantastic and exceptionally clean.

I’ve stayed there now about three times, and the staff at the front desk are pretty unfriendly and tend to ignore you and tend to more important things on the computers which I find quite rude.

Breakfast delicious. Staff very good. Great location
