Price of hot drinks and size of the room no entertainment .the area for dogs was much larger than no dogs guests .public area very cold and uninviting.

The breakfast was very good, nice selection and lovely hot food

There was nothing to complain about

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room.

The bar area was cold and draughty when bar doors were open. Not ideal for dining.

It was all good couldn’t fault anything staff really friendly room was clean and everything you need was in there,The bar is great plenty of room with som smaller booths for privacy if wanted, the breakfast was nice lots to choose from and the food that was going out at night looked really nice also

Not much parking in car park but plenty on the street

After a cold day doing lytham then at Anne's coming to a warm room to relax and unwind breakfast is brilliant too and right opposite the beach dog loved it

There a bit of loud humming noise in the ground floor room accessible room but all in all great

Great location. Great breakfast, and friendly helpful staff. We also enjoyed a nice meal in the restaurant in the evening.

The parking was very limited but I suppose that couldn't be helped.

Location was very good, room was just what we needed food was very good.

Large room and bathroom. Clean, well maintained, generally friendly staff. In particular one member of staff who simply couldn't have done anything more to ensure we had everything we needed to make sure we were well looked after. While those around her maybe struggled with the short staffing, and presumably general exhaustion working in hospitality over the Christmas and New Year period, she was a true asset to your organisation and should absolutely be recognised as such.

The noise and chaos of the bar/restaurant area. Having not stayed previously at Offshore, or any other of The Inn group I hadn't understood on booking that eat in facilities were in fact a pub. Which is entirely on me for not doing proper research before booking & presumably the time of year we had booked for.

Clean smart room and very good food.All the staff we had contact with were pleasant and professional.Our dog was made welcome.

No issues.

Spacious and comfortable room with very good bathroom facilities.

The only fault I have is the lack of parking facilities.

Stayed here four times now when visiting friends. Staff very friendly & helpful.

Coffee machine been broke on the last two visits

Breakfast was brilliant cooked english very good and very hot

Nothing wrong with hotel. I've stayed here before and everything has been good

Breakfast on second morning. Came down at 730. No one spoke to me. Had coffee and juice. Still.ignored by girl at bar She then had long conversation with another guest. Guest then went into dining area. Still.being ignored On previous stays I've ordered breakfast at table. After waiting 20 minutes I went to bar. Told I had to order at bar as table service didn't exist Said it had in pastRudely told that in all tine she had worked here it had never been done that way and I was wrong. Her attitude ruined my stay and I left without breakfast.

The staff were great, from everyone working on check in to the bar and the cleaners. The room was spotless, warm and really nicely decorated while the hotel itself was lovely. I'd certainly return.On another side note, id forgotten to bring the plug for my phone charger (only the lead). This wasnt an issue as the room had 2 USB charging ports and regulat sockets. Great added bonus.

Maybe a few more breakfast options but it was very good anyway.

the rooms are exceptionally spacious well decorated and very comfortable, the quality of the tea and coffee was amazing (Ringtons) as was the quality of the toiletries in the bath room, the staff were exceptionally help, polite and engaging

only down side is very limited on-site parking
