Clean Great staff Kids loved the pool

Location was good

Found chocolate on the bedding on arrival from previous guests , my daughters partner was bitten woke up the morning after with a bite , no entertainment in a Sunday evening, even tho was school holidays

The breakfast was excellent (apart from the coffee). We enjoyed the pool every day. Comfortable beds. Plenty of storage space in the room.

Coffee at breakfast needs to be better. The pool was overly chlorinated.

Location right on the front, breakfast good choice of continental or full.

My booking was for a ground floor room but was changed to first floor which although there was a lift involved dragging cases down and back up stairs to get to the room. As my mother is 85 and has rheumatoid arthritis made it a little inconvenient. As it was only one night stay it wasn't too problematic but if staying longer you may want to ensure that if you are on the first floor to request staying on the right side of the building to avoid the stairs.

Staff were amazing couldn't do enough for you rooms were very clean and food was fantastic and extremely reasonably priced will definitely stay there again.

A great stay in St Annes, right on the beautiful beach & the kids loved the pool

Loved the room, breakfast was great big variety of foods and the pool was great.

We chose to go over Easter weekend and there were not enough seats to sit in the entertainment area in the evening

Great location right opposite the beach. The food is good and a nice breakfast. I've stayed several times at the St Ives and will always go back. It's clean and comfortable beds. Nice room with a balcony and sea view ?

Children were off school and the children's entertainment wasn't well planned. The children were running in and out of heavy glass doors. We had to let reception know as there could have been an accident. The food could have been hotter

Staff were great,breakfast were great and meals were great in the restaurant/bar area. Had great fun in the pool and entertainment were fun.

Location of the room were too noisy,we were above the swimming pool changing rooms and next to the bar room 36.Wouldn't stay on the ground floor again.Ashame, we didn't know the sauna were closed too.

The location is perfect, breakfast was good plenty of choice. Hotel very clean and good entertainment.

Nothing I didn't like

The location is very close to the beach.Held festival activities during ours stay.

Hand wash and body wash were empty when we checked in. After swimming in the afternoon , we didn’t have body wash for showers. And need to wait till 22:30. The sofa bed was very tiny even a 10 year old couldn’t sleep well in it. And water leak from the ceiling in the room drip to my luggage.

We have been coming here for 12 years and have always been impressed with how clean and welcoming the hotel is and how accommodating and friendly the staff are . It really has become and home away from home for us.

Great location. Staff always super friendly. Proper family hotel, great kids entertainment on an evening and bingo is always a hit for the whole family. My son left his AirPods in the room and within 20 mins of checking out they rang to let me know

We had some rude comments from some elderly visitors about noise of my children who were just playing in the soft play room (which they were sat opposite)

Staff helpful and location great.

Initial room was not as per described. Access to annex rooms was dismal and depressing.

Great location, it is close to the beach, shops etcKids entertainment was amazing and the pool is fab!

Games room could do with more for older kids few things didn’t work

The toaster took along time to do.had to put it two or three times which caused queing as some people were putting six slices at a time. I like to have a teapot or coffeee pot rather then keep going for hot drinks.

The cook breakfast was nice. It was very noisey on a night children running on corridors not with adults.

Breakfast was lovely and a great variety of choice

I didn't like our room being next to the hotel not in the actual hotel
