Rothley Court Hotel by Greene King Inns

• Breakfast was nice although no butter arrived with toast had to wait little things really no staff around to help. Bed was very comfy though tiny, we stayed in the annexe rooms and very dated, dont expect nice toiletries, tape was lose very much in need of a spruce up. Also woken up by people coming in and out of on ground floor.
• Staff are always cheerful and attentive and the breakfast is always worth the money.
• Breakfast was excellent with a choice of options as well as the traditional full English. Room was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

• Rothley Court Hotel is a stunning historical building that just hasn't had the care or upkeep is so deserves. The rooms are so tired and in desperate need of revitalising with a lick of paint. My superior room had a hot water basin tap that wouldn't turn off so I was left with the sound of running water all night and that, accompanied with an uncomfortable mattress, left me with little sleep over the 2 night stay.
• Not the hotels fault but there was a wedding party in tbe hotel on Sat night. Some of those guests stayed late and were kicking up a racket at 01:00 on the Sunday morning.
