Padarn Hotel

Great location. Staff very friendly.

Beds hard, thin walls. Hotel rooms need to be updated as the carpets were stained, doors damaged, everything old.

Rooms were decently large, we had a family room with bunk beds which were comfy.Breakfast was awesome and freshly made for us.

I booked a last minute room due to local taxis repeatedly letting us down in the area.We had hiked that day and we were cold and wet. The receptionist was so kind and so attentive. I literally booked the room and within 10 minutes, despite the rush, the gentleman at the reception had informed us where the open shop was for supplies, as it was late at the time. He also talked us through the facilities and put us in a family room. So grateful to this gentleman and his help.

No working heater in the room.

It was a pleasant location. The staff were efficient and professional. The rooms were comfortable.

The shower in the room (420) did not have a shower door, so the entire floor got wet when we showered.

Great location, very cosy beds and extremly dogfriendly. We recomend ;)

I paid for the breakfast option, was ok. Room was pretty warm and had all what I needed for the last minutes evening stay, thnak you :)

Great location with parking. We walked from the hotel to the top of Snowdon in a few hours. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were super helpful and shared good tips for local walks and restaurants. Nice food at the hotel!

Ease of check in. Spotlessly clean bedroom & ensuite

Had early night as was climbing Mount Snowden in the morning - noise coming from neighbouring bathrooms/pipework.Got used to it but was quite noisy

The room was a bit dated but clean. The manager Dave was very friendly snd the restaurant was very good

Great location, bar, bedroom and breakfast. Really friendly and helpful hosts who went above and beyond. They were very switched on to dietary intolerance’s and insulted us with brief conversations of travel and adventure

Plenty of free parking. Easy check in, spacious, comfortable, clean and modern twin room with a great view. Would definitely stay again.

Comfy beds, hot water, nice food

Location - only 10 mins from Snowdon car park and can even get the bus 2 mins away. Host was lovely and full of really helpful advice about walking up Snowdon. Free Car park. Breakfast was very good. WiFi worked well.

As the stay was in January this is out of season, so no bar or dinner was available. But had a good breakfast

A desk rather than drawers would be better for working with a laptop, although I managed.

Great spot. Walking distance to the mountain. Few attractions nearby such as Llanberis waterfall. 2 lakes within walking distance.

It was quite cold and the heating wasn't on. Only turned on after we told them to. Noted to be again off during the night.

Very very minor but there was lots of noise through the night from people outside who had been drinking and this woke us up a few times
