Good location. Well kept. Nice room. Easy transportation in and out of Edinburgh. Great historic chapel within walking distance.

Thoroughly enjoyed the Inn, the facilities, our room and the staff were wonderful including the owner.

It’s history quirkiness and the food was exceptional both for breakfast and dinners.

Perfect location with easy access to the chapel and to Edinburgh. Thank you Stuart for your charm and good humor.Lovely facilities and great breakfast.

This place was great with incredible breakfast and staff. Loved staying here and highly recommend it. So close to Rosslyn chapel and castle we couldn't believe it.

Very narrow stairs but nothing you can do about that.

Great Scottish Pub, friendly staff, dinner in bar was great, lots locals on a Friday night. Good choice of breakfast options.Carparking a bit tight.

Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. Could do everything there, eat, drink, sleep. They even cooked a full breakfast early for me to be able to get on my journey asap. The room lacked for nothing. Breakfast was excellent.

Stairs were a little awkward as an old building. But nothing a bit of care on them couldn’t sort.

Room was tiny. The pictures shown on booking.com showed a much larger room. TV impossible to work. shower had a mind of its own. No hairdryer

The room was spotless , The staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of options and served with a smile. I would visit again. It is only a couple of minutes walk from Rosslyn Chapel , and Roslin Glen ,which is very beautiful.

The car park is tiny, but I parked right outside the hotel door on the main road so for me not an issue.

Beautifully appointed historic inn close to Rosslyn Chapel. Staff were lovely and breakfast was plentiful. We enjoyed our stay and the room was very comfortable. The only thing we missed was a small fridge in the room.

Efficiently run hotel, very friendly, helpful staff. Good menu for dinner in cosy dining area of bar. Excellent breakfast too. Very close to Rosslyn chapel.

We got a lovely upgrade as a quiet time of year. And omg our room was gorgeous and huge with a 4 poster bed. It had phone charger sockets. And great bathroom and modern shower.We had dinner and it was so tasty and filling. Our bed was amazingly comfortable and we slept well. Then came the breakfast which was great too. Our one night stay was up there with the best.

The price for one night is quite dear. But I suppose we thought it was nice.But other than that perfect.
