About
With a magnificent location on the banks of Loch Tay, close to the picturesque village of Kenmore, these charming and well-appointed cottages offer luxurious self-catering accommodations. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The Kenmore Club was originally the walled garden for the nearby Taymouth Castle, home of the Marquis of Breadalbane. Today, this small, exclusive resort consists of a series of cottages, constructed in the same unique style as the nearby village of Kenmore. The resort includes a swimming pool, a tennis court and a children's playground, as well as a restaurant. Each cottage has a large lounge, with comfortable chairs, a TV and a large put-up bed. Every cottage also has a dining area and well-equipped kitchen, with a coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and oven. Some cottages have a washing machine and drying area. Just across the way, you will find Scotland's oldest inn, with a chimney breast inscribed by the hand of Robbie Burns himself.

Very spacious Lovely soft carpetBeautiful viewFurniture was nice
It could probably be laid out better upstairs Tv in the corner had to move furniture to watch it Bathrooms need updating - a lot of mold on the grout. The skirting boards are falling apartNeeds a bit of a revamp
An ideal location, very comfortable accommodation that had everything you needed. The Google cast was great, nice to have leisure facilities. The biggest asset though is the staff. Every single person I spoke to couldn’t be more friendly or more helpful, the staff here go out of their way to make sure you have a lovely stay. Huge thank you to everyone for going beyond.
Nothing to not like for us.
The apartment was great, cosy, comfortable and great facilities for self catering. Huge comfy bed. The Waterfront restaurant was nice and great staff. Takeaway option was perfect when the restaurant was full. Great kids play park next to our apartment. The views were stunning, beautiful location.
The pool was a bit chilly and the changing room facilities are quite dated. When we visited the changing room area was needing cleaned.
Location brilliant. Lodges spacious. Swimming pool great
Such a lovely place, a walking distance to the lake. The morning walk was breathtaking.
You cannot park near the house. You will have to unload then move your car. I had a very hard time finding my house inspite of having a map!!
Everything just the swimming pool area let the place down
Pool area and changing rooms were very dated, and slightly dirty, felt like it could have been much nicer cleaner changing rooms, the shower on changing room was overflowing so changing room floor full of soapy water. Not much space for a family friendly resort.
Location with fantastic views and very comfortable
No complaints but the pool was a bit cool and jacuzzi not working
Accommodation was amazing. Toiletries and kitchen things are always appreciated. Staff were very friendly.
The restaurant was not open for all our stay which was a bit of a pest but there were others close by. The pool and changing rooms were quite run down. Pool was very chilly.
Lovely location and nice and spacious cottage. Nice and warm to come back to and the boot room was a bonus!Liked the lounge being upstairs to make the most of the views and all the cars being out of sight from our particular cottage.
Number 42 really needs some work done to it. Dishwasher was broken and when reported they already knew. Various signs of mould in the 3 bathrooms and a strong smell from the locked cupboard in the hall. Stains and cracks from water leaks in the main bedroom. Burnt wooden plinth in the kitchen. Really good bones but this particular cottage needs some tlc and investment.
Location was fantastic, clean perfect for my families short stay.
The swimming pool was cold, although the maintenance guy informed us the problem was fixed but would take 24hrs before the heating would improve .There was also a considerable amount of chlorine in the pool, again we were informed that it would settle down as it had only been added to the water, in our opinion the pool should have been closed for 24-48 hrs until this had settled down.Reception staff need training, maybe one of the ladies was having a bad day ! There could be a little flexibility on check in times , especially in the winter months, if a lodge is ready after from 3.00pm you should be able to enter without a £20 charge !!
Cottages were clean warm and comfy. Staff in the restaurant were brilliant and the food was amazing. Already looking at booking again.
The rooms were clean. Had good kitchen area and bedding. Got good collection of utensils in the kitchen
Staff were bit rude. Didn't accept any request of ours. They even stopped hot water and heaters even after we paid extra amount for late check-out. Location was very remote. Nearest super market was 7 miles away.
I’ve stayed here before . Lovely cottages . I particularly like the layout with the sitting room, kitchen etc upstairs . Pool ,jacuzzi and sauna was fab as always. Good location . Perfect for a couple nights away
Size
No dryer in cottage. Little out dated. Tv issues. Wet carpet near downstairs bathroom felt like floor was caving in.
Very spacious and clean Friendly, helpful staff
Location, facilities, food
10am check out is far too early, cost £10 to extend till 11am, which seems to be when everyone else wants to leave
