- Staff were friendly and welcoming, lodge is set to the rear of the pub. Large room
- the room was huge.
Cons -
- With the cleanliness of the room and being shocking, and stained towels, it made it difficult to feel comfortable. Breakfast was a sausage and bacon sandwich in the fridge in your room, cereal and fruit. Bathroom light cut out whilst in the shower.
- Not the cleanest, to be fair it was not filthy but there were a lot of old stains on floors and walls. The towels were pretty poor. Hotel is listed as breakfast included. That breakfast is a fun size box of corn flakes, packet of supermarket sandwiches, an apple, banana and a small orange juice. The food was all in the fridge in the room just a shame the fridge didn't actually work !!
